It was great to stop in HQ just wish we had more time. Jason was great and answered any questions. I thought it would be bigger. Lol.

If you are a geocacher this is a must. If I go here again I think I would book two tickets in a row. There is just so much to see. ??♀️?

If you are a geocacher, this is a must stop when in Seattle. We had a scheduled tour that was great. We got to learn about so many new dimensions of geocaching we never knew. And of course you could buy HQ only caches!!

What an amazing experience! The front desk person, Jason, was so nice and showed me all around the HQ. Inside is a history of geocaching, lots of trackables to learn about, and a merch store. You can see the first geocoin and a trackable that went to the ISS here. Highly recommend!

Crossed another one off the bucket list yesterday. I've been a Cacher for almost 18 years, and I always wanted to come by here. Reservations are required, so go to their website.

I never thought I'd ever get here ! Came to Seattle on our way to a cruise from Ancorage and it dawned on me that GC HQ was here ! Just had to visit so contacted management with just a few hours to spare before our connecting flight to see if they'd squeeze us in, no problem and my wish was granted. For any geocaching nuts out there this is so worth the visit. So grateful that the GC HQ staff could accommodate my request.

I LOVE GEOCACHING! So that’s why I came to this HQ. You have to get a reservation time, but it’s very easy to do it. To a person is very nice and he needs a raise. got to keep home some free swag. So if you like the app Geocaching, I would recommend coming here.

Greetings from Ohio. I was not sure if I would ever be able to get here, but we made the trip of a lifetime. A six week adventure. We had the typical 30 minutes in the HQ room. I did feel rushed to get the AL, other information, look at everything and purchase. I could have been here another 15-30 minutes. The photo booth was broken, but they have an alternate photo opportunity. I just feel that when you drive from a far distance, 30 minutes flies by and the experience is short lived. Otherwise, I'm grateful for having HQ in my statistics

This company is by far one of the worst when it comes to customer service.

My second time at Geocaching HQ yet hopefully not my last! I first visited Geocaching/GroundSpeak in 2013 and found myself back in Seattle this past November over Veteran's Day weekend. I was in the area visiting Brooks HQ/Brooks Trailhead store and realized I was so close to Geocaching that I had to pop over. I did not realize that reservations were required and was so close to complete and utter disappointment. Luckily for me, the so, so, so kind employee allowed me to return around 1pm for a tour and to explore the lobby area. When I visited before, they were in another location (albeit still in the Fremont area) so it was cool to see the new digs. I ended up getting a Geocaching HQ patch and sticker as well as a miniature Signal the Frog keychain/plush. I had spotted a flyer for the Geocaching International Film Festival happening the same weekend I was in town and ended up going to see the films which was a neat experience. I still have to add all of the trackables to my geocaching.com account. Until then, it's off to find another Geocache!

You CANNOT just go in, you need an appointment - regardless of “open hours” posted.
