Expect a helluva long wait. We got their 40 mins before opening but still took us 1h30m.Some of the best adrenaline and laughs to the point hurting my sides in a while made me feel like kid again. My wife was frozen up in fear trying navigate the multiple rooms. Each room felt unique and had you guessing when and where they would torment you.Highly recommend.

One of the best Haunted Houses you'll find. Has everything you need, and is pretty scary. Only issue why it's not 5 stars is the long lines during busy hours, and you could wait up to +2 hours for a 10-15 minute experience.

This place is absolutely fantastic, for a number of reasons! Here are the best things about this haunted house:Pros-PARKING! They have a huge parking lot with tons of space, it is well lit, and patrolled by staff members. The thing I’m always nervous about when traveling to Seattle is my car being broken into, so not needing to worry about that made for a better experience.-The complexity and high quality of this haunt is insane. If you don’t want spoilers I would skip this part! The top things that stood out to our group were the moving platforms and water feature halfway through the haunt, it really gets you immersed in the experience. The spinning room right before the end of the haunt was insane, I’m glad there was a bar for me to hold onto otherwise I would’ve been on the floor. I also liked that you had to navigate under things and in tight spaces. The fake “spit” from the props got into my friends mouth and she was not impressed but it was kinda funny!Cons-The wait time can be long, but with a good group of friends to keep conversation going it can go by fast. We went on a Friday night right before Halloween and our wait was only about 2 hrs. It zoomed by since we were chatting with friends the whole time.-The price can be on the higher side if you want to skip the line. We were in agreement that we probably wouldn’t spend $80 per person to skip the line, but the $30 per person general admission was well worth it for the experience provided.

Amazing experience! There is so much effort put into this. This is one of the best haunted houses I have been to. One suggestion - get VIP passes if you plan to go on the weekend. We got GA tickets, and when we reached there, the queue was super long (people even got beach chairs to wait in the queue). We went to the ticket booth and upgraded to VIP. The VIP line just had a 10 min wait.

This was such a fun experience, we waited in line for about an hour, not super bad, some people said they waited almost three, walking up to the line one of the scare actors scared the cr*p out of us, he continued to keep coming back to us in line to try and scare us, and told us he would go thru the morgue with us, once we got up to the entrance he was waiting for us, gave us candy and took us through, it felt like we got the VIP tour! He was super cool and the only issue we had was that when we were inside the morgue, we caught up with the people in-front of us so the jump scares that were set up didn’t get us as much, the actor that was with us decided to scare them to get them moving along so we weren’t so close to them, I’d say the only thing wrong was how short it was! We had a lot of fun and the pictures they took while we were in line were super cute and only 10$ to print, there was doughnuts, coffee, popcorn all kinds of snacks, most of the bathrooms were locked (porta-potty’s) with a pad lock so there were only a few and they were pretty gross but other than that I think it was a successful trip and worth the money, thank you to the devil actor who took us through, I hope you see this!! Definitely will be coming back next year

I had a great time. I went early because from past experiences, the line gets really long. But! The actors for the crowd are great, love seeing similar people from over the past 10 years be consistent with working there. They also have food vendors this year!! Ahhh, what a great touch. Loved the mini donuts and hot chocolate. When it's chilly, they're such a nice touch. The haunted house this year was fantastic. I won't say what is inside for the sake of keeping it a secret and scary (??) but it felt much longer than usual. A lot of jump scares and if you think you're safe being last of a group...Think again.

It was awesome! Not only do I recommend it… I also recommend you get the VIP no line option! Be sure to visit this Haunted house this 2023 season! Did you know that they’ve been doing it for over 15 years?!

$130 "skip everybody" tickets just makes me not want to go. Even the VIP nonsense was pushing it. Maybe they're making up for the loss of business charging 6x general admission, or maybe the plebs have accepted their role. The experience just isn't worth $130 a ticket and it's definitely not worth hours of my life in line.

Really fun and scary experience that changes every year so making it a staple Halloween event is always a blast each time you come back year after year. Line isn’t long if you are able to go near the time when they open. There are interactive scary people that try to scare you and talk to you hyping you up for the haunted house. When you are inside it was definitely scary, the cast members will not touch you. You just need to move forward through the different rooms and you will be out in no time. A must see experience! I will be going every year.

Went last night after a friend who had never been to a haunt asked me to find one for us to go to. I got us VIP tickets which we didn't end up really needing because it was a Thursday early in the season, but it seems like it would definitely be worth it for weekends and later in the month! All the staff members we talked to were incredibly kind and reassuring to my friend who was terrified as soon as we were walking up. We both had a great time doing the haunt, and since it wasn't busy it was just me and her the whole time we walked through (which kind of sucked for me as I was behind her and the actors that would come out would go for me lol), and it was the right level of scary for me and I'd rate it the best one I've been to in Washington.Near the end there's a spinning tunnel that flared up my vertigo, which is a newer thing that I didn't think to account for, and the last room was pitch black. The actor in that room could tell I was distressed and in character helped me navigate out while trying to steady myself which I really appreciated.Overall, my friend and I had an excellent experience and I would definitely go again with a group. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into this haunt and there's even families that work there together, which shows a lot!

This was a haunted house I have been hearing about for years. Finally made the trip today. Ok so let's talk about the couple down sides before getting on to the really good. First their ticket system and pricing is really overly complicated and frankly expensive. I bought the ticket that said "Sunday ticket" which is a cheaper price apparently only if you bring in cans of food, so we got to the second spot in line, and I had to go back to the ticket booth and pay the difference between the Sunday and general ticket, even though it's Sunday... Second the prices are a little high. A one time vip ticket literally costs as much as HHN at universal studios they could cut it down by 10 bucks and fix the ticket purchase system.Ok with those minor issues aside I will say this, this haunted house is one of the best I have been to in my whole life. Better than 6 outta the 10 at last year's HHN. There were multiple sections with different themes and each made it feel like you were in a whole new house. Also it was a long House, it felt like probably 15-20 min for complete start to finish also the staff was amazing inside and out, I really enjoyed the toxic waste section and the spinning part made me feel like I was literally upside down. I really don't want to say too much and ruin the surprise, but do yourself a favor and give this one a shot.

Horrible experience and would NEVER recommend… was called profanities by the actors throughout my whole experience. The Facebook page admin had the nerve to message me saying that I’m “downing over one experience” yes? , an experience of which the actors called me names and bullied for no reason? Sounds FUN. Highly DON’T recommend. I’ve attempted to reach out to management regarding my experience, and they have failed to get back to me.

3.5 hrs in line before we finally left, with another 45 to 60 minutes to wait.An infuriating, miserable and painful waste of time and money. Never again. These guys really need to fix this problem.

I thought haunted houses were for kids, let me tell you there was no kids in this line! The line was extremely long. The wait time was about 3 hours. That was also on a Friday night. There was scare actors walking throughout the line as you can see from the pictures, some pretty good chicken wings. As for the haunted house itself it had some pretty cool special effects, very well put together, realistic, kind of scary. Lol. I definitely wouldn't take my 9-year-old but I thought it was fun.
