Great customer service, terrible execution of a simple work order. I one fender that needed paint on a 60k truck and the color is so off it makes the entire truck look like a joke.
For reference I had the exact same fender repainted on the other side of the vehicle just a few months prior at Caliber Collision on Aurora Ave and their paint job was perfect, you can’t even tell there was work done. I will be reaching out to get this resolved immediately.

Work was done fairly quickly and they got our vehicle bad. Paint on the bumper was less than stellar and does not match the vehicle coatings well. Definitely orange peel to the paint and a couple blemishes.

Customer service rep was nice But the company's title is misleading, they're primarily a collision repair service, and their ability to fix Auto Glass is dependent on how close you are to their auto glass service centers which for me is like an hour and a half away. Their collision place is just down the street but they don't work on windshields. Waste of time.
