They keep shutting down my Apple Pay and visa debit card for fraud alerts and not calling to confirm the charge was legitimate. You call the 1800 number and first it disconnects and then the automated message tells me that they don’t have a credit card under my number. Then you call the Credit Union main number and 14 callers are ahead of me. Worst credit Union ever. Switch now or never join.

Member since 2018 back with inspirus. Tried to access my account today to get a payoff quote, they couldn't verify my identity so I'm not allowed to see my account details. Unless there's someone else with my personal information making my loan payments for me I guess I'll just stop paying and see if they'll let me access my account lmfao. What a joke of a credit union.

lack of communication and verification from their associates in this bank. they will inform one thing of course you believe them . and you check your bank statements it hasn't been done.

Mt experience at the Roosevelt branch was excellent , and solved all my needs! My phone inquiry was far less satisfactory which led me to the branch.

Stopped in Moses Lake to get a cashier’s check for a new car I had purchased in Spokane. It was a wonderful experience. Actually talked to a real person. My experience at Tukwila was not a wonderful experience. Talking to a screen is horrible.

It was great to find a gesa in Seattle. I was able to deposit 2 checks from another bank and not have any holds on them. Plus I was able to use the atm there to get some cash out of our gesa acct. Very convenient.

Do not go to GESA. Their interface is impossible for online banking and they won’t take the time to notify you if you have missed a payment!!! Go to BECU where they care enough to have a decent online interface and won’t try to ruin your credit score in the process!!!
