Thank you, Glazer's Camera Rentals. Walked into your shop Tuesday morning and needed a light rental on the spot. Rentals price are very good, the day I went to pick up talked to a very nice guy on the staff. To return the equipment I had problems understanding their emails and people saying I wouldn’t pay extra fee if I returned before a certain time. And after paying the extra fee without using it I emailed to try to understand and they keep saying same thing over and over again. It seems like someone answered me on email and over the phone and didn’t want to admit their mistake and they just trying to explain something that I already understood over and over. In general if you going to return your equipment at 10 am and don’t need anything else more from them is probably fine! If you need to understand someone’s mistake it will be pain. Before this problem I was about to rent for an extra week but maybe I am looking for other options.

The first time renting was okay. It’s a smooth and easy process (reserving, picking up, dropping off) but unfortunately the deposit is extremely high (1.4K). The following times I rented gear it wasn’t a great experience. They overcharged me on the deposit (1.8k instead of 1.4K) although I had them confirm the 1.4K before I left. They said they couldn’t do anything about it & I didn’t even get an apology. All employees except for one kind gentleman are pretty rude and ignorant, which is too bad. The last time I rented gear the SD card slot of the camera was broken and over the phone I was told it was my fault and because of my cards, which I later proved to not be true. Again, no apologies or much effort into fixing their mistakes. It seems like they barely check the gear when people drop it off. It’s really too bad as I started off really liking glazers. If their attitude were different towards issues we faced I would feel differently, but their customer service is awful. Really too bad! Won’t be renting there again as they’re not reliable.

Their stuff gets the job done, but the old guy there was very unfriendly and unhelpful. It was my first time renting, and I wasn't familiar with their usual operations. Obviously I had questions/concerns but the guy made me feel like I was annoying him just by breathing. Everyone else in the shop seemed very nice. I wish I could've been handled by them instead. Most likely won't be back solely due to the customer service.

I initially had a good experience with the guy at the front desk who was very patient and great at explaining their customer service. When the camera lens was returned, they tried to say that we didn't return the camera hood, when they never gave us a camera hood in the first place. They later found it at their store, separated from the camera. When I tried to call in the get the issue fixed, the staff hung up on me. I had a good experience checking the lens, but be careful of double checking everything and they may hang up on you.
