Very well organized by size! Good quality items, no holes, stains, etc. Prices a bit higher than other Goodwill stores in less expensive areas, but comparable to other big cities. We found some great bargains, including new with tags.

I agree with others regarding the prices. They are over priced. Be careful buying shoes there because I’ve seen some with the soles coming unattached and dirt on the bottom and they are still selling them for 15-20 dollars. I really don’t like shopping there due to the prices but it’s the closest in walking distance from my house. Staff is nice and it’s clean. You have to ready dig to get good deals.

This location, like many others, has decided to charge eBay prices. They put expensive “collectible” tags on decent cook ware, and exorbitant “fashion forward”😂 tags on most decent clothing.
It seems they have not only forgotten their customer base, but also the fact that they get their inventory FOR FREE.
Shop at your own risk, and good luck at finding deals do to their mistakes.
A very disappointing trend

The store is extremely organized. Loved that it was easy to navigate. It is definitely pricey for goodwill. Sidenote: the main floor smells like people's feet. But i guess that's expected from a preloved items store.

As a loyal customer who frequents your store once a week, I was deeply disturbed by the behavior of one of your employees. During my recent visit, I noticed that I was being followed around the store by an employee. I found this behavior to be highly inappropriate and offensive, especially considering that I am a person of color. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your establishment.
I understand that Goodwill deals with issues of theft, but that does not justify singling out customers based on their race. I highly doubt that I am the only person of color who has experienced this kind of treatment from your employee. It is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in this manner. I urge you to provide better training to your employees on how to handle situations like this without resorting to discriminatory behavior.
I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to address this issue.

Incredibly high and over priced records!
Since new management their customer service has dropped in my opinion.
One of their lost prevention officers is very aggressive and in my opinion needs more training.
I was linked to a lady that they accused of stealing a tv, although I didn’t know this person.
We just happen to be in the vicinity of each other.
The only common denominator is that we’re both black!
Goodwill must do better!

Absurd prices! It cannot be considered a non-profit store… No one should donate anything to Goodwill stores in Seattle.

This location is cleaner and better-staffed than most other Goodwills in Seattle, so that's a plus.
My 2-Star rating is due to their prices. Some items are priced decently, but sadly, most all others are just ridiculously overpriced. "Used" blue jeans for $24.99?... "used" t-shirts for $7.99 and up? Dirty "used" shoes for $19.99?
I dropped by to just get myself a coffee mug... $5.99 for something that was once just $0.99 at Goodwill?
Come on Goodwill... you're a great store, but you're forgetting what you're really supposed to be... a "thrift store". By ridiculously inflating your prices on so many items, you're driving away your once-loyal customer base. Imagine making 100x your daily profits if you simply lowered your prices and sold 100x more inventory per day because shoppers could now at least afford such items (and you can also move inventory more quicker, rather than it sitting on the racks / shelves for weeks due to being overpriced).
More and more people are beginning to speak out about these ridiculous overpricing of "used" items... it's time you start listening.
