The employees are harassed and customers are subjected to an inhospitable retail environment regularly from the lawlessness permitted on The Ave and Udistrict that extends into the store. The security should continue before someone gets hurt or worse.

Very small store. They dont have the variety the other stores have due to the size and space. This is a great place for UW students to get stuff. Wish they had more room.

Smaller than all other goodwill stores that I have checked out. Saw some good brands, all priced too high. Was not too impressed. My Son found My daughter a cool marvel drinking glass which is awesome! She will be excited. We have been here from Alaska for the past six weeks.

Definitely a smaller goodwill but can make some good finds here. The fitting rooms are very spacious which is great for folks with mobility aids.

In regards to Moses and who I assume was the manager on duty... Very rude and unhelpful. We had a lot of items to donate and they did not provide any guidance but were clearly annoyed with what we were doing. Lots of sighs and eye rolls. It's not that difficult to be polite.

I would rate this a 0 star if I could honestly. If you are Black/POC don’t even waste your time coming here because you’ll be watched the whole time you’re shopping. My fiancé and I (women/interracial couple) came into this location to look for swimsuit tops for a vacation we are about to take and realized we were being watched by a worker that is a white woman with shoulder length blonde hair maybe in her 40’s-50’s. Note that my fiancé works security and was in uniform that says “security” across the whole back of the sweater. And then we decided we didn’t see anything we liked and turned around to head to the door to leave and she was starring, with head to toe looks, at my fiancé the whole way to the door and then wanted to try to act friendly and say something when we passed her. This isn’t right. Don’t sit there and racially profile someone just cuz they’re black. We won’t be back unless it’s to tell this woman about herself.

Very overpriced, not great quality or a decent selection. I went here once a week for 2 months and they still had the same clothes I couldn't find anything new or a decent quality for a good price, not coming in again

Overpriced and average. I saw it getting picked over by people I suspect to be resellers, which explains the slim pickings. There's nothing thrifty about charging $7 for Shein. I saw a gorgeous Anthropologie skirt, but $25 is ridiculous for a goodwill. With that being said, the place was pretty clean and easy to maneuver. It's worth a look, but probably not your money.

Way over priced. $30 for a t-shirt. I could buy a new one for half that price. Then men’s selection of clothes is slim. Pretty much just slacks and blazers. The men’s selection of jeans and shoes is completely non-existent. The rear of the store smells like dog defecation.
