Guy who’s here is annoyingly rude and unhelpful. Acts like he’s doing you a huge favor for standing next to the bins barely doing anything. I went on a Sunday. Go somewhere else.

Arrived at 6:52pm and they didn’t want to accept the 1 box of clothes I had despite sign indicating open until 7pm. Not a lot of goodwill from that team

Took some items to the Goodwill in Ravenna and got turned away, because the items were worn not damaged or torn but used. This place is not helping the needy anymore its about profit. We will be giving to other organizations from here on in.
