We have Goodyear tires with a Road Hazard Warranty, so when the tire pressure light came on, I looked online for the nearest store. Google maps sent me to this little repair shop on Aurora. When I saw it wasn’t the actual Goodyear dealer, I was sure they wouldn’t be able to help or honor the warranty, but I was wrong! Mark and his crew were amazing! While they were checking the pressure, they noticed I had a screw embedded in one of my rear tires. I told Mark I’d drive the car to the corporate Goodyear dealer in Lynwood to get it fixed since I knew they likely wouldn’t get paid by corporate for the repair, but he wouldn’t hear of it. Even though they were busy, Mark insisted on fixing the tire for us right away. In the waiting room, we caught side of a poster of Mark celebrating his win at NASCAR. He really is a champion in every sense of the word! Thank you, Mark!

Great place to get your tires done. They went above and beyond.

They were friendly, had a great price, and made a probably well advised but zero pressure suggestion on alignment. I called them, they ordered the tires and called me back the next day, I stopped in and they were done and I was out the door in less than 35 minutes!

The owner is very friendly and no BS. Fair pricing for services, didn't feel like I was being swindled with mystery charges. Will certainly be back for more maintenance.

My wife and I did a spontaneous weekend trip to Seattle. Once we arrived, we discovered a huge nail through one of our tires. We brought it to the closest tire place and we couldn't have been more satisfied. We were so well taken care of by Jamie. He recognized us both being active duty military and was able to change out not one, but two tires at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this auto place to anyone in the Seattle area.

Originally bought a set of tires from this "Goodyear" store and returned because the warning light came on. It is now a Pep Boys. The same guy was there that sold my original tires but didn't want to discuss the warranty that he had previously touted. He kept the car all day, only to finally add a bit a air to the tires. This could have been done in minutes and was unnecessary to keep the car all day. A few months later, we are losing air in our right rear tire. My wife brings it to them for a fix. The guy adds air to the tire, rubs his hand around the tire and tells her there is no leak! Two days later the tire is low again and we take it down the street to Washington Tire Town. My wife was there for 25 minutes, tire was off the car, puncture found and repaired and she was on her way. Pep Boys operation is incompetent and the worst tire service I have experienced. Down the street are a couple of guys that will work hard to earn your business.

This is no longer a Goodyear store. They do not honor Goodyear agreements. Be aware of this if you choose to drive a distance to go to a Goodyear store. I could have found a pep boys store much closer to my home.

Unfortunately, this Goodyear location owned by "pep boys" do not know their stuff. I dropped my car off due to a nail in my front left tire. Not only did they say that the left tire was unrepairable, but the front right tire also needed to be changed, along with a suggested alignment and air filter cleanings totaling to around $700. I knew they were totally trying to scam me. I picked up my car to get a few other quotes, finding out later that day that they forgot to put my lug nut back in my glove compartment. I took my car to a Les Schwab and they were able to patch my tire for no charge. This experience was extremely unfortunate at the Goodyear pep boys location on Elliot ave, and I would not recommend this location.
