Exceptional. Rare do I leave reviews but the first time I came to Grease Monkey they realized I was 1000 miles early before a due oil change and they said “We’ll only take you money when it’s time.” When I did return, complete courtesy, professionalism, education, and speed. Highly recommend.

Fast, efficient and honest. Showed up at 8:50 am on a Sunday, was second in line, done by 9:40. They tested my battery and told me it was fine.

I never thought I’d write a review for an oil change service, but the amazing staff at this Grease Monkey location were stellar!! Super fast, friendly, thorough, and did not push me to buy a bunch of extra things but did honestly let me know what I needed. I highly recommend :)

I took my car in on a Wednesday morning and the team was able to get me processed right away. They were helpful, professional, and were able to work with me getting my car picked up after closing. Will be returning for my next oil change.

I have been to Grease Monkey a few times in the last month, to have my brakes and rotors replaced, an oil change, and most recently a new battery. During my brakes and oil change visit, we were treated with kindness and they even gave my dog a petco gift card as we waited. Today I had to return as my car battery had died. I have received the runaround from different service providers, but everyone today at Grease Monkey (thank you specifically, Kyle!) made sure I was well taken care of. What could have been super stressful because of a few factors, ended up being completely okay. I'm so thankful that they are so willing to help!

Service was fast and friendly but we asked for conventional oil and they charged us for synthetic (extra $55). Same thing happened to the people ahead us, as well. The employees then recommended that we come back for another oil change after only 3,000 miles. Really disappointed and felt like we got scammed.

We use them for our fleet service and me and our company has been very impressed with the quality of work and not leaving anything unchecked. Only spot I've ever taken a vehicle in for work and been satisfied.

Wonderful service. Let’s just say a mistake was made - which could happen anywhere -!and the manager not only reimbursed our entire fee but sent my husband home with flowers for Mother’s Day to help ease the stress of it. That was so kind. <3

Preparing for a move cross country. Took our car in. They said we needed new tires and brakes. About 1700$. Got a second opinion. Didn’t need either.

Does not open at 8:00 AM as advertised! Syd (manager) is not even on site until after 8:15. Tech immediately upsold expensive synthetic oil without checking what my engine requires. My engine does not require this oil. Price of conventional oil 50% of synthetic. Be wary of this place if you come.
