Fast and friendly service! I got there a the perfect time that there was a spot open. I was able to stay in the car while my oil change was completed. They gave me recommendations on what services I need based on my mileage. But they were never pushy on me getting it done the same day. The recommendations were expected and they gave a quote for when I was ready to come in.

I love all the people working at the 15 Ave. and 57th street store. They are kind and always cheerful. The work done is exquisite and prompt. Will be going there for years to come and will tell my friends. I love that they are all dog lovers too.

The team at Ballard Grease Monkey went above and beyond to provide excellent service for a great value. After navigating construction with a screaming baby in the car, I pulled into Grease Monkey facing the wrong direction. Alan pulled my car around so I could get our 3 month old out of the car. The wait was short even though the team was working with many customers. Their communication was cheerful, excellent, and helpful. I was also impressed by the value; we had been quoted a much higher estimate for the work by another shop and were happy we went to Ballard Grease Monkey.
