Not familiar with the stylist who completed the cut, but I had a difficult time communicating to them to review my profile when trying to initially discuss was difficult.
But I am really disappointed in lack of acknowledgment for breaking skin during the actual hair cut… I did tell the stylist that I felt like he was cutting my skin, even saying “ow” several times, but he continuously shrugged it off explaining that it was a tickle; I didn’t realize that he actually broke my skin until I got home.
I have never had this experience before at this location and hope that this was an unfortunate experience, but I would appreciate to be contacted.

Since my regular stylist is no longer there I tried Anna. Wonderful cut! I showed her a picture of me 21+ years ago, and she duplicated the haircut I had then. It doesn't make me look 20 years younger, but it does make me look great, lol.

Great service for undercut. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. There were 2 people ahead of me in line and 3 or 4 awesome hair stylists working -- weekday afternoon.

i havent cut or done anything to my hair in two years. My hair was going down to my mid back and I wanted to cut it VERY short. was very hesitant. I stared at myself in the mirror for a long time in the morning prior to going in. Phuong was my hair stylist and I am very glad she was. She took great care of me and has done an exceptional job. I appreciate it a lot and will definitely be back! Mahalo!

This Great Clips is amazing! Great service, great prices, and great employees!
My wife and I both come here from time to time to get our hair cut. We always see Phoebe and Phoebe knows her stuff and does a great job! I highly recommend Phoebe. She and the rest of the staff provide great customer service! The salon is also super clean and well kept and has a professional appearance.
The prices are also reasonable for Seattle! The prices are very affordable! They also have hair products for sale if you are interested in purchasing any hair products.
I highly recommend checking in online. Your visit will go a lot faster if you do this.

I should give this zero stars.
The staff is super unfriendly, got my hair done super wrong.
Charged me $30 when I literally only got the $25 haircut.
Cannot understand the staff.
You guys should stop hiring Vietnamese as staffs.
