This is a horrible place to cut your hair. They refuse service is they are uncomfortable cutting hair. Super awkward. I’d give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO here unless you want poor customer service. I’ve had my haircut at numerous places and this place has the worst customer service in all of my years getting haircuts. I’ve been getting haircuts here for months. I always tip. Always respectful. And yes, I like my haircut a certain way (a 1.5 or 2 guard on the sides and a little off the top, rounded in the back). How difficult is that? Apparently very difficult since they flat out rejected giving service for me and encouraged a salon instead. Saying “I thought my general manager was going to call you,” Shocking to be honest. There are some good hair stylist here but some do not listen to what you are asking.

Would not recommend getting a haircut with Spain. The layering was choppy and terribly spaced apart. She made negative comments about my hair from the time I sat in the chair, and then gave me attitude when I was dissatisfied/asked for adjustments on the layers. When I told her it looks weird when I sweep my hair to the side, she said not to sweep my hair to the side😂🤡 I’ve had good haircuts at this location in the past, will probably not be coming back because of her.

This has to be worst salon I visited i checked right around 130-200. Greeted by a stylist. It went down hill from there . He was trying to hurry to sit in the chair. I was walking with a cane and explained to him not to rush me. I can barely understand what he was saying and told him to talk slow so I can understand him. Very disrespectful he told to leave the chair and wait for another stylist . My walk out of there dissatisfied the way I was treated. First hire someone who speaks good English and knows how to respect customers. I Will never come back here. Disgusting!!

Absolutely horrible staff employed here. The check-in website doesn't allow you to check-in online if the wait is above 120 mins (even if you try 4 hrs before closing time). I came in a full 1 hour closing time with just 1 person in the store and the staff started shouting that they're not taking in new members. This is not the first time this has happened at this store. The staff is extremely rude and act angry and annoyed that they have to serve you. Previously, I was the only one in the store and the person reluctantly agreed to serve me and was visibly angry throughout the entire hair cut. Great clips seriously needs to train their staff on politeness and good customer service.

One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Walked in with about 4-5 inches of hair for just a 1/4 inch off the top just needed a trim. She decided to do whatever she wanted and buzzed my hair off. Also had the audacity to stand at the checkout and audibly ask for her tip.

Worst customer service by Jamie. Checked in through the app. Got notification that my appt is in about 15 min, showed up 17 min later and was told that my line spot has expired and I’m in the back if the line (90 min). Quote “I don’t know what THEY (app) are doing. THEY shouldn’t do that”. Been a customer here for at least 5 years.

Unfortunately the employees at this Great Clips location do not follow the posted hours. Twice in the past few months I’ve checked in online and showed up within 10 mins (as the website advised me to do). Both times I showed up well before closing (today at 4:44), but the hairdressers had locked the door and ignored my knocks, and they also had scrubbed my name from the online check-in list.
It’s one thing to tell customers their hair will take too long to cut and they should return another day, it’s another to blatantly close early and refuse customers business because you want to get off work. Corporate should inquire into how this location is being run, especially at the end of the day.

The asian male barber behavior is not only rude but quite alarming. Never going to this barber at least. Instead of communicating basic details he just started yelling at us directly. I also see many negative reviews on this very same person.
