I got a free haircut today! Since my hair is long enough to donate my hair, I was told that this haircut would be free. It feels really good to do nice things to people and to get free service. The haircut is great by the way.

one of the barbers has communication problem, I meant for something bit more than neck trim but she still following the note and shaved my hair. It took me one year and multiple trimming to get that style and she ruined it

Checked in online. They texted me saying i'll be up in about 15 minutes, then i arrived 10 minutes later and waited 30+ minutes while one of the hair stylists was taking a personal call and walking around. I checked in and everything, eventually i just had to leave. Would not recommend

Being here a few times. The service can be inconsistent. This time my barber took a personal call during my haircut without letting me know first, leaving me unattended for several minutes, and my sideburns were cut unevenly.

The service at this salon was beyond awful. The woman who cut my hair had zero clue how to give a basic haircut and her attitude was disgustingly rude. I'm 27 and have had plenty of haircuts in my life, so I know what I'm talking about. All she did was chop my hair straight across to shorten it, completely oblivious to basic techniques like point cutting for blending natural look or she didnt even know what “layers” are, she said and I quote- “I dont know who told you this but there is nothing as such like 1-2 or 3 layers”
She didn't even bother to section my hair or wet it for a proper even cut, which resulted in a complete mess that only reduced volume (haphazardly chopping off hair) . I showed her pictures of what I wanted before she started the haircut and still she had the audacity to say I was confused and didnt know what I want when clearly she was incapable of acheiving the look. She spent less than 10 minutes (including the discussion) on my hair but had the nerve to say she wouldn't give me three haircuts for the price of one, idk what did that even mean? I didnt bother her with any comments or any extra demands.
To top it off, her attitude was abysmal. She was rude even at the counter when she abruptly walked away after I paid, before me answering if I needed a receipt. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Honestly I didnt go in with high expectations to get an amazing haircut and I would hv still appreciated the service even if I didnt acheive the desired look but the attitude of the lady was the worst which has earned this place a negative review.
Ps- I was polite and soft spoken to her all the while even if she was rude to me (I am just not good at confrontation) but I was so so mad.

Worst service ever. I sat down, she commented on my tattoos randomly, told me my hair color was splotchy and then when she went to wet my hair she sprayed me in directly in the face with a water bottle and didn't apologize. I was so confused. I have never been assaulted by a spray bottle in a Great Clips before. Like its pretty ridiculous to think about. I told her to stop, she gave me a towel and was still spraying my hair and hitting me in the face when I was telling her to stop. I just got up and left. The manager wasn't in but like that was wild. She legit didn't care.
I have no clue why I had just sat down and she was being high key mean. I never write reviews but for real this really hurt my feelings. I have never had someone be blatantly mean to me out of nowhere.

I should be able to get my hair cut without my personal property being damaged. And having the stylist drive up and threaten me after all of this was completely unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Update: I asked to speak to the owner when I left. The bot also said they would forward my issue. To this day I have heard from no one. Just shows how much this place actually cares!
