I’ve been coming to Green Dry Cleaners Seattle in Capitol Hill for years, and it’s easily my favorite in the neighborhood. It’s a family-run business, local gem!
They always do an amazing job with my clothes, whether it’s parkas, sweaters, and delicate pieces. Everything comes back perfect!!!

I had 5 black pairs of pants dry cleaned and one of them came out completely grey. I went in to the store to mention it to them and perhaps get a refund for ruining my favorite pair of pants that fit perfect and he agreed they were grey but said no to a refund. This was my first time here and I will continue to support All Seasons Cleaners down the road which is where I usually go.

I’m a new customer and had a great experience here!! The wash & fold laundry service was priced per lb with no surprises, the counter team double-checked my notes, and I got a same-day turnaround for a small rush fee. Clothes came back clean, crisp, and perfectly folded. I also tried their dry cleaning and stain removal on a wool coat; it returned looking new with zero perfume scent. Bonus points for easy parking, friendly staff, and the option for pickup/delivery. If you need dependable dry cleaning, wash & fold, alterations, or stain treatment in Capitol Hill!!! this place is consistent, affordable, and professional.

I was very disappointed in my experience taking my shirts for washing to Green Dry Cleaners recently for the first time. I stated clearly at drop off that I only wanted my shirts washed and four of them lightly starched. I indicated "No dry cleaning!" Well, they dry cleaned two of my shirts, and charged me over double for both of them - indicating they had to use a special machine. One was a simple polo shirt that required no intricate handling, and the other was an older button down shirt that just needed a wash and simple pressing. When I checked about the pricing at pick up, I was provided with inaccurate prices and information, and it was only when I called back from home, after thoroughly reviewing the receipt, that the pricing changed as did the explanation. Needless to write, I won't be going back to this place.

Tried this cleaners for the first time since it was convenient, and the man working there was very kind and professional. My two wool winter coats came back clean, however they have a strange smell that really bothers me. It’s like a greasy restaurant food smell covered up with strong old-lady perfume. If they were not my “backup” winter coats I’d have them cleaned again at a different place. As it was, it cost $70 ($32 each plus tax) and that’s a lot. I hope they don’t smell up my closet. Currently airing them out as best I can before putting them away. I’d give less stars but some people might not notice the smell - I however can smell really well, unfortunately.

Owners are nice; but as many reviews stated, super overpriced. Had a down jacket be dry cleaned, came out with $85 on the receipt. If you are looking for a more affordable option, this is unfortunately not the place.
