Reserve your $
The site started off a little glitchy but I was able to navigate through the entire process without having to start over like past experiences. The seat reservation fee changes as you transfer to different buses so that is misleading and not transparent like it should be.

The website says the station would be open until 8pm but here we are outside the closed bus station waiting since an hour(5 pm) for the transfer bus that is at 6.25pm. The surrounding areas are not safe for people who travel alone and have to wait for longer hours and looking at the previous reviews i feel we are not the first ones who had to wait outside for hours and fellow reader you would not be the last too. So be prepared for the worst.

When I departed it was open, customer service was courteous and helpful. I didn't use the restrooms so can't give review on those, but there were available to use.
Upon my return it appeared to be closed but not certain.

GREAT WAY TO GET TO SEATAC. 503 S Royal Brougham Way, Seattle, WA 98134
I took the Flix bus from Spokane to Seattle. The bright green bus is clean and modern with free wifi on board. The driver lays out clear ground rules on "her" bus, and totally professional! Some trips have a ticket option that goes all the way to Seatac after stopping at the bus stop. My trip didn't have that option. I could not find clear instructions on how to get to Seatac but read about a train in the vicinity that would get you there. After arriving in Seattle, the bus station is plain, but very functional. There are some vending machines, and bathrooms are OK. Warm water for washing hands. I found the. Light rail train station is right next to the bus station!!!
Go out of the main entrance. Cross the street that has a railroad track on it, and the light rail stop is immediately to your left. It is open air with no building, but some roofed areas where you can take shelter from rain.. You will find vending machines for the tickets that take credit cards, cash bills, or Orcas cards. Then keep walking about 50 ft.ahead where the light rail will stop. Tickets are $3, and they have reduced fares for $1. I dont know the regulations for the reduced fares, bu I read that there is a senior discount, so I chose the reduced fare. The train stop is in front of the T-Mobile stadium, but you cannot cross the tracks where the train platform is. There are random security guard patrols that come through the train on some stops. I was told recently that the city has initiated this to make the trains safer, and to stop people from living in the trains. The light rail was clean and modern and was a delightful way to the airport. Take the Angel Lake line, and get off at Seatac, which is the next to the last stop The train winds through Seattle and right away, you will see some amazing works of graffiti as you leave the station there are many stops on the way to the airport. All in all, I was thrilled to find this awesome way to get to the airport. Hope this post is helpful to someone out there!

The floor was greasy and there was a homeless person inside, shouting at random travelers and no one there did anything about it. The three stars go to the Flix driver named Steve who did great on his job, the station itself needs quite some work.

This place used to be open for travelers to use the vending machines and bathrooms. Not anymore. It's closed all public access, apparently.

This is a station located down around T mobile park stadium. Easy to get by sound transit and Seattle metro busses. Their is a vending machine to print out tickets. And a station agent to assist. It has a waiting area, with seating and a T.V. rest room for customers only

No one ever unlocked the doors. The website and even the lobby doors say that it opens at 6 or 7 in the morning but no one was there when I got there at 8:30. I could see the time table from the window, so at least I knew when my bus was coming but you definitely would have had to purchase a ticket online in advance. I waited out front until 9 when my bus was supposed to come and only then realized that everyone else was waiting around back. Each bus that pulled up, the bus driver had to explain where they were going and which bus people needed to wait for. There was no one there to direct us. The Flix bus I took was nice and the driver was kind. The only reason why I give this 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is that the location was convenient. I took the city bus to this station and it was within walking distance of the stadiums, but I would not recommend this station.

Beware of their refund policies. They will happily screw you and give you zero options to talk to a real person about it and then deny any wrongdoing. I booked my entire three connection trip with them, they missed their first connection by 15 minutes and the next bus driver WOULDNT WAIT. Horrible. Never using greyhound again.
