Joan was amazing! It was our first time in Seattle. Their downtown Nordstrom is really nice and fancy. Joan welcome me with a very warm and hospitable approach althroughout the process. She has a very sweet soul, included a welcoming Seattle card with my package and personally packed it for me, updated me until I received my order that was shipped to CA. She made my whole visit there extra special and more memorable! I will definitely come back. Thanks Joan! You are a huge asset to Gucci team

It was about a month ago the most shocking, I can't believe gucci would do something like this, how do they not pre-screen their employees to prevent this from happening, is this the new kind of gucci where we have to check our shopping bags now to make sure the items are in there boxes before we leave the store? I would hope not because that's just ghetto. I don't think Gucci would want to associate themselves as a ghetto experience brand for their customers. So about a month ago I bought a pair of Gucci loafers and also a men's oversized wallet pouch. It was a guy named Chase (glasses and balding/blonde hair) that helped me at the Gucci store in Bellevue located at the Bravern. At the end when I was purchasing he asked if I wanted it all wrapped nicely I said sure. Weirded that he took it all to the back where I couldn't see, very discreet. Anyways after about 3-4 minutes he walks out finally and hands me the shopping bag. After about a week I had my family over and decided then to open the stuff I got. I open the shoebox and the loafers are there but when I opened the other box, I was shocked that the gucci mens pouch is not there!! The most embarrassing moment because even my sisters were shock to see all this unfold and they start to wonder hoping their employee didn't do this because that's just very bad for their brand. My family buys a lot of gucci products, especially my 3 sisters. They were excited to see what I had purchased that's why I opened it when they were over at my house. But wow immediately I check everything under the box, the brown canvas bag. It was very weird that everything was inside the box except the Gucci pouch itself. The silica moisture protectors, all the tags, all the certificate tags, authentication booklets. The most embarrassing moment, I realized then that Chase the worker there had stolen the item when he took them in the back. As I explained this to the manager the next day, she seemed so rude not only on the phone but also when I went there about the situation. Her name is Megan Thomas the manager there at the Gucci store in Bravern who decided to help after hearing what happened. Even when I walked in and she found out about the whole story she did not even apologize or give any sympathy towards me. She was rude, she made me feel like a criminal which is why im writing this review. She really has made me feeling depressed ever since this happened. We buy a lot of gucci items and to experience this from her was just ubsurd. I think it would be a completely different story if she had just showed a little bit of sympathy. I just can't believe Gucci would do something like this and have people like her represent the store. Because of how awkward and ungenuine Megan Thomas & Chase was during this time I was there to get this resolved, I have a feeling Megan and Chase work together and is stealing items from the store. I believe they have done this to other customers out there. so just an awareness to all that shop at this store, be careful out there everyone if you're shopping at gucci store in bellevue at the bravern. Especially if Chase is helping you. Open the box that they wrap for you and make sure your item is there before you leave the store. This store might be scamming their customers so just want to give awareness to everyone out there shopping at this store.

Thank you, Elvis for making my shopping experience an absolute delight! I knew I was going to make a couple purchases, but I was overwhelmed by how indecisive I was. He wasn't pushy on getting a sale, listened to what I was looking for, and even gave me his opinion on certain items (ie- two items I loved, that are practical together cost about the same for only one item I was on the fence of). After about an hour of going back and forth, I left happy with my purchases.

I was there today to look at wallets on a chain. There was only one salesperson who went up to help a woman who walked in after me. As he was ringing her up he asked me if I had any questions. I asked if the WOC's came in leather. And he gave me a huge sigh and told me in his snotty voice to wait until he was done. So why did he ask? It would have taken one second to say yes or no. I went and spent my money at Balenciaga.

During this pandemic I haven't shopped much and have made most of my purchases online. However, after eyeing a certain necklace for several weeks I decided to come into the boutique to check it out in person.First off, I felt that the precautions for Covid-19 were done well. A sign on the front requested that I checked into a waitlist and since no one else was in line at the time, I didn't have to wait long. Before entering, my temperature was checked and I was given hand sanitizer to use.Once in, Blake was extremely friendly and helpful in finding what I wanted. He made me feel like I was shopping with a friend, rather than a stranger, and I appreciated this a lot. I would definitely recommend him and this boutique to anyone shopping for Gucci, and I would be excited to come back again.
