We recently purchased our unlacquered brass kitchen knobs and pulls from Hardware Northwest. Leslie has a large selection and her prices, as previous reviewers mentioned, were very close (if not matched) online prices. After ordering some hardware online only to be disappointed with the quality and having to hassle with sending them back, it was a bonus to be able to see them in her shop and deal with someone local. Leslie was also very helpful with providing advice on what size to order and was prompt to respond via email whenever we had questions.

A great little find in an unassuming location, Hardware Northwest and its owner, Leslie, made the process of choosing a large amount of kitchen hardware a lot less stressful. Compared to experiences I had before stumbling across HNW, Leslie was knowledgeable - she suggested similarly styled hardware to something I might be looking at, that was a lower price point. Leslie was accommodating - she readily loaned out or ordered (at no cost to me) sample hardware for me to take home and try in person. Leslie was up front - her pricing is fair and comparable to prices found online. Leslie was helpful - she talked through options and trends, pros and cons of shapes and styles and finishes, she is a walking wikipedia. I can't recommend Hardware Northwest enough.

I was very pleased with the selection and help I received when selecting our hardware for our new remodeled kitchen. The owner at Hardware Northwest was so helpful and helped me narrow my choices quickly. Was also impressed with the value for the price. I have recommended them to three other people. This is where you need to go for hardware! Look no further

If you are looking for high quality hardware for you home or next construction project, I would highly recommended Hardware Northwest. They carry a wide variety of high-end: door knobs, latches, hinges, door-bolts and even hard to find objects like dutch-door hardware. I have found Leslie to be helpful to no end and always prompt and professional. Go here and get something special for your home!
