I'm coming in hot after my recent experience where I was charged $40 for SNS removal. $40!! The technician explained that she spent 45 minutes removing my dipping powder and about the Seattle minimum wage, but hey, this isn't my first rodeo. I frequently get SNS dipping power and it has never taken 45 minutes to remove it, so if she did it right, it wouldn't have taken that long and she wouldn't have to overcharge me some arbitrary amount. Let's see how other salons charge - salon names hidden. The first screenshot is from havegoodnail. For regular gel removal, it's $5 but they can charge 8x for dipping power. Makes sense...NOT! Next example from Ballard charges $10 for dip removal. Last example from Wallingford charges $15 for dipping powder removal. Basically, I was robbed simply because she couldn't get the job done.
Also, to the salon -- whatever plastic piece you were using to press the cotton on was not doing its job to keep pressure on the nails. Go with the foil pieces that actually work.

I've been here twice before and loved the experience. Went there a few weeks ago for the third time, and when I removed the nail polish a week ago, discovered, to my horror, large splotches of tonail fungus on the big toes. I walked in with perfectly clear toenails. It will be quite an ordeal to deal with this. Am so sad.

Worst pedicure in my life! Firstly lady took off my old gel with no machine! I didn’t see details at the studio, but when I get home I realized that even drunk me can do better job 🤦🏼♀️ so, soooo disappointed!!! Need to find a nearby studio to take it out ASAP! And in top of it paid 95$!!!

Good service but the polish was a bit streaky could’ve used an extra coat or two

Went in for a mani and spa pedi, and everyone was really nice and accommodating. I tend to get hangnails so I appreciated that they didn’t soak my nails beforehand. The spa pedi was really relaxing, just what I needed after a rough work week!

Not a great experience. Didn’t soak hands prior to manicure. Didn’t cut nails upon request and just rushed everything. A classic way to lose a customer. Oh wells.

Took our last minute request for two manicures and a pedicure. They’re great with kids, lots of options and very friendly service. They’re great even called me to say my wife left her water bottle and stayed open until I could pick it up!

Nice place to get basic manicures. Would come back for that but not for fancy or customized designs.

I got a $55 manicure and was expecting a scrub and hand lotion + massage and instead got a plastic keratin glove treatment left on and wiped off with a warm towel. I could do that at home. My no chip was applied lightly and incorrectly and chipped within 2 days, was already lifting from my nail hours after manicure. My pedicure was rushed and sloppy. The vibe and experience is cold, they seem annoyed. This used to be a great and relaxing place.

Wonderful place to get a manicure. Cuticle care was gentle and the shaping of nails looks great. Nail techs are friendly and professional. Fair price. I love the chrome but it rubs off quickly so I probably won't get that add on again. Will definitely be back though!

I have gone here for the last 4 years. The staff are really nice and it is a beautiful, clean salon. The only problem is the quality of their mani/pedis has gone down. My last two gel manicures chipped a week in. When I went for a pedicure recently I did not want polish. When I left there was some old polish remaining on my toes. No big deal, I will take it off at home. But not what I would expect after spending $70+.
