The worst customer services, theost unprofessional employees. Aurora's branch twice,city of Kent branch twice, and the city of Bellevue once. All reservation were never fulfilled by the company and I was told they have no car for me after I have arrived and spent more than 45 minute waiting. Bellevue city called me after I reserved 24 hours a head because I was told to reserve 24 hours a head. They don't deserve star at all.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced before. ( i can’t even call this customer service) I had made a reservation to pick up a car. The day I went to pick up my car, I was told that they did not have any cars available. I called and had my rental scheduled for the next day. I go there the next day, and was told that they could not rent to me because I complained about their customer service ?♀️The incompetency and unprofessionalism level I saw here, is unparalleled. This was my first experience with Hertz and definitely the last one. Why is this place even in business? Please save your sanity, time and money; take your money elsewhere.

Called in to inquire about a rental and spoke with Jazz. Jazz was incredibly informative and helpful, providing me with genuine answers to my questions and offering wise suggestions on how to proceed. It was refreshing and informed my next steps in the process of renting a car. Thank you for the help!

it was the worst experience, i made a reservation yesterday and i got there and they said they had no car with gas that i should use the electric cars, which was fine but guess what, the electric vehicles were not even charged and the worst part was i was going to use the car as an uber and the lady told me she was going to upload the documentation like the vehicle registration and insurance, which she never did after asking her over and over if she did, she told me yes but never did. i am now stuck with a car that i paid for to use as uber and i can’t even use as uber anymore because i can’t access the documents and the offices are closed because of the holidays. i am beyond frustrated and disappointed. i will definitely not recommend and hoping the would refund. customer service sucks too btw.

Been here renting two times renting with different employees, both times the experience have been quick and easy. Got the car each time no problem and return was quick too.

deserve no stars!! This is the WORST customer service you could ever receive. The manager is very rude so do the worker. We were treated so poorly. We we’re returning a car and tried to pay and 5 different card was keeping declining and I explained to her there is fund and she look at us like we are stupid. She gave us number to call customer service and we called and the lady told us it’s already paid that’s the reason why all the card were declining. She should know better. Please save yourself go to Enterprise best customer service.

When we arrived for our reservation the location was very busy. It is a Friday and the Hertz rep, Dae was very pleasant, even though they only had electric cars left for our type of reservation. She was very kind and helped us with a more suitable option for us. My husband even left behind something and when I returned to pick it up, Dae was still very pleasant and had a smile on her face. ☺️

I have read some reviews and quite frankly I experienced just the opposite. Carly and Dae were wonderful. Great customer service y’all !! The car was beautiful and suited me just fine. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend this team. Awesome!!

It's absolutely insane that this place is in operation. Do not trust this place. I made the rental through kayak and it picked this abysmal excuse for a lot for me to pick up my rental from. The online hours said they close at 5 30 and they shut the doors at 5 and refused to help me for my 5 o clock pick up. Don't be an idiot like me PLEASE trust the reviews. My vacation is completely ruined because of the incompetence of this company.

I don’t understand any bad reviews. This is the hertz to go to. Very professional, clean car, and accommodating. I was running late for my reservation and having a pretty hectic day and when I got to hertz the door was open waiting for me, as promised! The new hertz agent( I don’t know her name) was very welcoming and the other hertz agent who assisted me with my reservation was awesome, happy, and helpful. Thanks guys!

Prepaid for a reservation as a president circle’s member and showed up to learn that they have no cars available. Of course, no phone call to let me know. Website still showed that they are accepting reservations. Workers laughed and were unprofessional and useless in helping. I had to call Hertz myself to process a refund, that will take 7-10 days. Go anywhere else, I dont know how this excuse of a car rental location is still in business. Thankfully I was able to get a car immediately from enterprise up the street. Area is sketchy af too, luckily my uber driver knew this and waited to confirm I got a car before ending our trip.
