Used to pick my quick late lunch until today January 12th 2025 I encountered the violent prejudice incident by two of the Asian employees towards me.
There excuse for ignoring me not to take my orders was my having a phone while I was standing to order, but I was trying to get my friend what his orders were to pick up for him. They almost got into fighting confrontation which you can see on your store videos. I am in hurry not to miss my work hours otherwise I would have continued to get to the end of it and dealt with it legally.
Very disappointed with the hidden prejudices of Asian on a black man.

I don’t understand how this store can constantly price gouge and stay in business. Their prices were high well before the skyrocketing grocery prices that we’re now facing. I feel sorry for the many seniors they’re ripping off in the area, whose only choice is Red Apple due to mobility issues, or lack of transportation. Highway robbery is what it is.
Their bathrooms are also disgusting! They have flies everywhere for some strange reason. So they hung fly strips in one of the bathrooms and it was filled with tons of flies. I wanted to puke!
Their employees use the same bathroom that they let the public use, and although they have a King County Health Department sticker in the restroom, mentioning the importance of washing your hands, the bathrooms don’t have working hot water. How are Deli employees washing their hands with cold water after using restrooms, then serving food? Please answer why and how you guys get away with not having hot water in restrooms? There’s what looks like blood & poop tracks all over the place. Like hire professional cleaners already. And lastly, how and why do they charge regular prices for the left over deli food, once it closes? Other grocery stores mark down their leftover hot food to 50% off after a certain time. Greedy, greedy all the way around, is what this place is!

My husband and I went in no one was in express and I was getting the 4 drinks while he did the 5 items !!
And she looked at me all rude and said can’t help you
So I went to register 3 and that associate was way more professional and better at his job and
Then to find out she asked my man if he single and he smelled good !!
And what his number !! Like so unprofessional and sexual harassment on the sales floor for you customers!!

Klu Klux Apple you mean?Expensive & Overpriced. If you're a Black man be prepared to be watched & treated like a criminal. It's a "No Blacks" type of store with the exception of their two "TOKEN" black men that separately work days/nights. The Asian patrons/shoppers of the store uphold the prejudice as well, they run from Black men & angrily stare. Then again, it's in a ghetto location.
