Absolutely terrible hospitality from the entire front desk staff. Outdated bathrooms, small lobby. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes for an elevator. Busy street makes it nearly impossible to catch a ride share in front of the hotel. So many better options in the surrounding area.

I am a Hilton Honor Member! I was a bit disappointed with this particular hotel, check-in was at 4:00p.m. we arrived at about 9:30, not expecting the room to be ready but to drop-off our luggage and move about our day. They obliged, when we arrived back to the hotel around 6:00pm we had to go through the check-in process (the room was pre-paid). We get to our room to take a shower when we discovered we were missing wash cloths. The front desk was called and they then notified us that they were out of wash clothes. SOOOO, what were we supposed to do? use a hand towel is what we were told. Absolutely Not! This hotel was not cheap and I expected everything to be like it was suppose to a Clean Room, Great Service and Awesome Location. How does a Hilton Hotel run out of wash clothes? Once requesting a manager to ratify the situation we received 4 wash clothes, where were they? lol You mean to tell me we would have been inconvenience because someone didn't want to get towels when first as asked? Mind you I stayed at the Hilton Bellevue the weekend before, it too was just OK. ($300-$400 a night is not cheap) Next trip I will try a Marriott and see how I'm treated.

Ho-hum. Not an awful hotel. However, it's probably due to the construction project that breakfast service was less than par.

Great location and that's about it....everything is dated...we rented the suite on 6th floor and for what we paid it was very disappointing. Suite had space but other than that....old musty black colored carpet..
A view of the back of some buildings....came back first night and housekeeping wasn't done...
When we called to inquire they said the DND was on the door which isn't true.....anyhow look at your options before picking this hotel....we noticed a Sheraton up the street.

Im not a fan of writing bad reviews but when you spend good amount of money and points you’d expect the best.
I’m surprised that a “4 star” hotel does not have Netflix on their TV. Their TVs are not smart TVs. I think that’s bare minimum.
The plug on one of the nightstand doesn’t work. A lamp that is on that night stand is plugged all the way to the back of the wall.
I had to charge my phone on the nightstand stand on my husbands side of bed.
Ring light mirror in the bathroom won’t turn on.
Like c’mon, it’s bare minimum.

The AC unit was broken in my room. Its was 85 over night. After an hour of them trying to fix it the next day they finally got me a new room.

Catie was super helpful in checking me in early and storing my luggage even when I was too early for early check-in. Very helpful for a road-weary traveller. Thanks!!

I had a reservation for a city view, high floor, king bed. Got in around 11:30pm and was told that the specific combo of room we requested was not clean/available. Not sure how that happens when you know I’m coming and I came much later than standard check in time. They put us on a low, low floor and told us we could check back in the morning and see if anything had opened up. Usually I wouldn’t bother but it was a special occasion so I wanted it to be right. They offered us some drink and breakfast vouchers which I appreciated.
The first room we stayed in was old and a little dingy. The ac didn’t blow very cold and the shower was one of those no lip ones so the entire bathroom floor was soaked every time.
We went down in the morning and they said a room with our original combo would be available in the afternoon. We went and did our thing and came back and switched room. The new room seemed recently updated, was big, had nice carpet etc.
The breakfast in the morning was actually very good. The bar doesn’t open until 4pm which is kind of a bummer. The construction is very confusing, you have to take an elevator up just to go back down on the other side of the hotel. The elevators are extremely slow. The location is GREAT, close to all tourist spots. I appreciate the staff doing the extra work to make it right by us, I would stay here again.

Great location but the hotel is in disrepair and overpriced relative to nearby alternatives. I generally stay at the Grand Hyatt but tried the Motif primarily to use some points I’d been sitting on. Had I paid cash for the stay I would have been even more disappointed.
Very basic rooms. Not very comfortable beds. Bath spout pulled away from the wall several inches. No regular coffee in the room (only decaf and tea). Loud noises from the works on and off throughout the night (elevator shaft? HVAC?).
Not a 4 star experience by any stretch; far closer to three. Disappointing.

Ive stayed twice in this hotel now. They have fewer than required front desk agents needing ridiculous wait time, never pick up phones, and declined my request to delay checkout both times, despite being a diamond member. Rooms are okay.

Great location, but the hotel is really due for an update. The elevators are odd. The decor and furnishings in the Presidential Suite are comfortable and nice, but dated. Great space and view though. Staff did an excellent job.

Want to say thank you to Stephen from the Frolik bar. He was extremely pleasant and helpful sharing and explaining the difference in the local beers.
