Poor customer service. The store was closing in 15 minutes, and they didn’t let me use the fitting room quickly. I understand they were about to close, but I believe employees stop attending customers only when the store officially closes.

I would rather give thisis stoe 0 star if I could. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff clearly don’t care about customers. Every time I’ve asked a question, they’ve shown no patience and treated me like I was a burden. It’s incredibly disappointing, and this wasn’t just a one-time issue—I’ve been to this store several times, and it’s always the same. I’d rather not go anymore than deal with such rude and unhelpful service. Absolutely unacceptable! Terrible!

The system sucks they don’t even know how to deal with there costumers we paid for our stuff through a card and can’t refund our money. They can’t say their own names. What policy states they they can’t say there name.

I wish I could give negative star on this store. I entered the store and had eye contact with the staff, two of them noticed but after the eye contact no greeting no smile no welcome. I was like, what kind of store I just entered? I don’t feel welcomed. The young female store staff like scanning you and that’s it. I’m an early 30 Asian. It’s because my age or race that makes the store that I’m not welcome to shop here? Have some training and respect for the customers please.

Bought a sweatshirt yesterday and it was ripped on the side went to the store and tried to exchange it with Receipt & tags on.Store manager was rude and said to call customer service and see if i can get a refund but customer S said that they should be able to exchange it in the store for quality check.
Such an awful experience and a waste of time.

I wish I could give this store a zero rating. Bought my jeans on 10th may. Because the size wasn't right I went back to the store to return/exchange on 27th May. My only mistake was I lost the tags but I had my receipt. The store manager refused to take the return. I asked him why he Can't take the return, he mentioned that's the company policy. Asked him can you show me where is it written. he denied to show the proof. Asked him his name so I could email corporate office he hid behind his other representative and kept on denying. Came home and called the customer service gave them the proof of receipt and they confirmed of no such policy and mentioned that I'm within my 30 day return policy. They emailed me the policy details too to confirm. There was nothing wrong with the jeans all I needed was to replace it with right size .
Manager was rude, uneducated, unethical and ignorant
Ps I went to store at around 5pm on 27th may.

Lazy staff. Literally 4 people behind the counter, but no one is really doing anything to help customers. Attitude is also always off putting. What a shame.

Very disappointed in their exchange policy. We purchased a sweater that had a defect and went to return it with a receipt four days later. They told us grab another one off the shelf. When we brought it to the counter we noticed that one also had a defect so we went back and got another one. When we got the counter we were told that we could not exchange it because the paper tag with the skew code was missing. So now we have to go home, find the paper tag and then go back. Seriously? For an exchange of a defective sweater?

Worst customer service experience everThe workers in this store don’t care , passive aggressiveWent to do an exchange from an online order had receipt with upc number one tag missingHe refused the return because the tag with the upc number was missing told him I just received it in the mail showed him dates of purchase on my app but still declined to issue an exchange and it’s just the way he spoke while texting …. Thee worst!Hire people who value customers and there workThank God H&M was right next door , got my sone the pants he needed , now I have to go thru the hustle of returning these by mail while it could have been done in storeWorst experience

Went in the other day and waited in line for over 15 minutes waiting to be rung up but no one was ringing. Tons of workers around just folding looking at all of us in line not doing anything about it. Other people in line looked visibly annoyed too. Ended up leaving because it was just a ridiculous situation. Do better - someone who also works in retail
