I purchased an over-the-stove microwave from Home Depot, including installation.
Big mistake.
The installers didn’t have all the resources they needed, fortunately I did. They didn’t clean up after they left, didn’t leave documentation for the microwave.
I had sawdust, plastic and paper waste all over the place. They tracked sawdust all over my rug.
Later, when Home Depot responded(below) telling me to go to a web site to “resolve my concerns” it went to the main Home Depot site…but not any specific problem resolution or customer service page.
Typical corporate B.S. I got better service from their installers.

WOW! I’m blown away by the team of professionals that work here. My fridge broke down in the middle of a heat wave and not only did I have to throw everything away but the delivery of my appliances was LATE! I cook meals to serve the community I need my fridge. With no explanation Frigidaire did not deliver my appliance and the folks at Home Depot took care of me and made it right, with no push back , no attitude just pure understanding and outstanding customer service.

Customer service A+: Came into the store with a very unusual restoration project. Ryan in the paint department have some of the best customer service i’ve ever received at a big box store to help match every color that was available. His patience and attention to detail was incredible, even helping other customers in the middle of my rabbit hole project. I will definitely continue to come back to this Home Depot

This Home Depot is friggin’ awesome! No toilet paper in the men’s room, but they leave you some gnarly paper towels on the filthy, piss soaked floor to wipe with. I love that kind. One register plus self checkout every weekend makes for a lengthy checkout process, I love that kind.

Home Depot as Good as it gets. It may not be the absolute best but their better than anybody else. You can never find somebody to help you when you need them. But when you do you can tell that person is working their butt off and they are doing their absolute best to help you as they can.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any retail store. Needed a nailer for a job. Asked for help from 4 different people and kept getting passed off to another incompetent associate. By the time I got “help,” I was told “good luck finding it” and was sent off to another store after this store showed 5 in stock. What a joke. Manager should be ashamed/embarassed for running an unsuccessful circus labeled as a Home Depot.
