I really enjoyed my interactions with the staff at this Home Depot. I had a brain fart on how to turn on a moisture meter, but the staff was able to help me. Kai, Norman, the lady, and sir that I didn’t get the name of were all very helpful. I appreciate kind and honest people like them. I hope management can recognize their customer service.

I want to said store is great but some of the employees are bad. They don't have manners or respect. Im a proaccount holder and I always buy at this store. As years pass I have noticed they have new personal that is younger but don't have manners. I have come to this place to return materials from jobs that I have left or not used never had an issue before. This is my 5th time I come and this girl always said this product is not from us or doesn't mach on picture. I mentioned it is. So after she finished i always walk to the section we're I buy the product and bring one to show her (you mentioned this product is not from here so why did you guys sale the same exact product) then she always said it looks different. Preview time we have had raining days so we bought abs pipe to recipe so we had so left pipe was setting outside on rain when I brought them she didn't want to return my product because was weat and dusty i ask for manager she said she was on lunch I mentioned I can wait. So another worker ask her what was the issue so she said my product was weat and dusty she said she needs to returned because proacconts have 1 year to return things. So she didn't but was not happy. Also this same employees talks bad about there coworkers and that's given a bad reputation to store she thought i didn't speak Spanish because she was talking to her coworker in Spanish both work at return services her name is (((( ROXANA)))) I totally understand if you don't like to work here why to bother to come. Remember what makes a good store or business is great customer service.
I have add picture to prove her name and that I was here. I felt bad because she was a Latin person so didn't wanted to point the finger but this was my 5th time it happened so I had to do something.

Disgusting! Fraudulent! Is a branch of Home Depot, which is a company that is harassing me and engaging with fraud by weaponizing their Pro Xtra Commercial Card. They are worse than just any dishonest business; they are a criminal organization and must be shut down immediately.

I recently had an exceptional visit to Home Depot on Delridge. Paul, who recently joined the team, provided outstanding assistance. He greeted me warmly, helped me locate my items, and even assisted me with carrying them to the checkout and to my car. His dedication to customer service truly impressed me, and Home Depot made an excellent choice in hiring him. They should consider hiring more individuals like Paul, who go above and beyond for customers. He certainly deserves recognition and perhaps even a raise for his exceptional service.

I'm quite upset with home Depot everywhere!!! I make a living gardening, and when I walk in and see plants just piled on top of each other in a cart makes me absolutely sick to my stomach!!! They have so much potential left!!! Get your act together!!! At least Lowes has theirs on clearance!!!

Came here an hour ago and still waiting for my online order. Apparently whoever took it went home and someone else on replacement is not in a hurry. The only thing left is to entertain myself with walking around the store and writing negative reviews.

Swear to god Santa’s elves work here off-season. It’s 6AM and people are smiling and offering to help me find plumbing and my online order. Very knowledgeable staff who clearly enjoy their jobs, each other, and management.
