I when in looking for paint, I was the only one there the guy told me it will only be 5 minutes. I'm like that's ok. I was thinking will be way more than that. I when a walk around the store, came back he have not even started working on my order. And refused to help and was helping other customers. I felt so belittled. They really not like BLACK CUSTOMERS AT THAT STORE.

Great Experience working with manager Steve O. He took the time and patiently helped us find everything we were looking for. Definitely will keep shopping here. It’s nice to know good people are still in this world going out of their way to accommodate others.

Items stocked in wrong place on shelf. Prices inaccurate. Store inventory shows items in stock but clerks couldn't find it. Happens on multiple items.

Their interior services is a joke. I set an appt. Got an email confirmation with the name of the person coming from Seattle WA. location. He was a no show. Did not call. I called the 866- 646-0656 and "mexico" call center answered. I called 1800-466-3337. Georgia call center. Asked for a manager. A woman working remotely in Florida picked up. Told I am not allowed to contact the Seattle HD Interior Sercices office where the kitchen remodel people work out of in this area. All the Florida woman did was tell me she can email the Sales Manager and get back to me. I was not allowed to have a local number to contact the people. THUS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. HD has no respect for customers.

Added one star because the staff at this HD is very responsible for the past 2 years!Still a big warning that do NOT EVER go to HD for countertop remodeling! We can't trust them anymore. We placed our order freaking THREE months ago and now still waiting to install the countertop. Being switching the materials twice because of the material we picked got backordered. We had been pushed back twice after the order is delivered to installer, and finally we got a confirmation call last week they will come to install today (10/04). Scheduled time was 1-3pm and we waited till 4pm. No one came and no one called. We called PM and all we got was we had to be POSSIBLY scheduled this Thursday. Excuse me? If it was some morning jobs delaying the installation, shouldn't it be the next day to make it up? The experience is extremely poor. Price is expensive. Honestly if it wasn't we are at this stage and had to BEG them to install asap, I would have asked for refund already.

I tried to buy a battery for a cordless drill, but they were all locked up. After hitting the "I need an employee" button and waiting... and waiting... and waiting... and not finding an employee who wasn't behind a huge info line, I gave up and ordered it on the website instead. I guess the employees who used to respond to those "get their attention" things are all busy fulfilling BOPUS orders now instead.

I had a great experience at Home Depot. It was a bad day. I'd been sent three times for the same items. CASSIE & KRISTINE, took care of everything for me. They helped me find what I was looking for and were super professional. I'll shop here again, because these two woman realky care about the customer. They cared about me.

Theu made me feel imporysnt to thrm I'll shop here again, because these two woman really care about the customer. They cared about me.

I came to the store today 11/25/23 between 7:20-7:35pm to compare price and specs with other similar items where I did not find anything what I was looking for in automotive section then I asked a store worker where I can find it. He nicely explained to me and gave me direction where item located. I noticed that secret shopper (security worker) following me, watching me between rows. I felt like suspect. The top notch was when I left store, he caught up with me and he said to me: I will watch you better next time. He was not professional and behaves strangely. I felt like I had come to thieve something from a store. He is paranoic. He needs to pass some trainings to do his job better. I don’t have to feel that a ‘’Secret Shopper’’ closely following me. I am a costumer of many years of Home Depot, and I never felt like today. I hate that feeling. Is my first time when I am starting to feel uncomfortable at coming again. Shoreline Home Depo. Do I have to change a store or “Agent” must learn how to do his job right! Loser!

Customer service can make or break an experience.Store: Actually, has a nice selection of merchandise to choose from.Staff: Not experienced in the field. Unfamiliar with the merchandise they have on sale. There were a handful of individuals who walked out with merchandise without paying (clear as day), yet assumed I was stealing and walked up to me at the register to make sure I scanned my expensive ($120.00) product after another staff member had to unlock it from the alarms and I scanned it right in front of him when he brought it to the register.

They almost always have what I'm looking for in stock and available. However I did recently visit looking for junipers that according to the website they had in stock, but the employee in the garden center had no clue and wasn't very helpful.
