Waited around for 10 minutes for help, I know Home Depot is for DIY but come on, you have to do some work.

There is a reason this store gets so few stars. The absolute understaffing of this store is ridiculous. And in general, people are unhelpful. I found an item online - the website said it was available for same day pickup and the associate said it wasn't available in the store. I finally found it myself. Then proceeded to wait over 40 mins for a cutter. Who knew i was there - but literally helped pack deliveries for the next 40 mins. Probably not the cutters fault - but staff your store appropriately!!! And I couldn't even buy a door - because the "door guy" was not in that day. How are you even in business???!!

Customer service needs help. Lots of employees standing around but for some reason none of them can ever seem to help you. But they do always seem to have what i need.... you just gotta walk around for a while to find it yourself

Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes they are super helpful and other times, they have a poor attitude and are dismissive when you ask questions about where things are located.

I am curious why there's still round-up being sold in the gardening section. Not only is it poisonous to the gardener using it, but it eventually leeches to the sound, wreaking havoc on the already taxed ecosystem. What needs to happen for round-up to get pulled from the shelves?

Our checker was picking her nose when we walked into her line. She grudgingly checked us out. I assume she wanted to get back to more pressing matters. The store did have the paint we were looking for and the restroom was clean. This is a really crowded store with a gritty, urban vibe.

Everything you need to get your DIY projects done. Prices are good for certain things but I have noticed the furniture/decor and some plants are a lot higher in price than other home stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Online pick up makes it easy and they have your order ready fairly quickly. Recently did our own paver patio and home depot was are go to place for all the materials. I was hoping to get the pavers delivered for this project but the delivery prices are outrageous! The food truck outside is yummy and definitely worth stopping at for a bite to eat before leaving.

I really like this location. The store is well stocked and organized, and prices are very reasonable. I usually go for the indoor plants, of which they have a decent selection. When I was in last weekend, I had some blackout shades custom cut, and the employee who helped me was friendly and offered advice about installation. I came in on a Sunday, and unfortunately it was very crowded, and it seemed understaffed. I waited in the check-out line for almost 15 minutes, though I could have cut my wait time down if I had done self check-out (something I like to avoid).

TL;DR: Avoid this place at all cost. If you are looking to buy major appliances, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They simply do not care about you after the transaction. Not owning a fridge is a more pleasant experience than dealing with the Home Depot! If you care about the details, here's my experience with the astonishingly incompetent Home Depot staff. I bought a fridge from the Home Depot. Around $3000 all said and done. - Fri: Delivery day. Fridge is delivered with crooked doors. I point it out to the delivery crew, who say it's fine and I can adjust it later. If it can't be adjusted call the 800 number and they'll take care of me. I took their word. LESSON LEARNED. - Sat/Sun: Called the 800 number. They said the fridge came from the store and to call them. Called the store. They said the person isn't there on weekends, and that they will call me back Monday. - Mon: Monday comes and goes and nobody calls. Between 4pm and 5pm, I call the extension three times and leave two voicemails. No response. - Tue: Still no response in the morning, so I go in to the store early afternoon. We make a service appointment for Fri. - Thu: Was supposed to get a call to give me a "delivery window" for Fri. Nobody calls. - Fri: Friday comes and goes and nobody shows up. Nobody calls. I go in to the store and speak to a manager. Make another service appointment for Tue. - Mon: Was supposed to get a call to give me a "delivery window" for Tue. Nobody calls. (sound familiar?) - Tue: Tuesday comes and goes and nobody shows up. Nobody calls. I go in to the store and speak to the same manager again. Make a replacement appointment. Was told I'd receive a call with details. - Fri: Never received a call, so I go in to the store again. Speak with the manager, and at this point I just want a refund to move on. Agreed that he'd replace the fridge and give a discount for my troubles. - Sun: Get a call from the manager that he's going to do a swap, so someone will come get the first fridge. - Mon: Pick-up people show up at 7am to pick up a fridge full of food without having made an appointment. A few hours later, I get an automated call telling me I have a delivery for the next day (Tue). Assumed it was the replacement fridge. An hour later, I receive a call from the store trying to schedule the pick-up, which had already happened that same day. Am told new fridge coming tomorrow. - Tue: Receive a call from a tech at 9am telling me they are coming to service the fridge. The same one they picked up yesterday. I explain the situation. 9:35am I receive another call from another crew trying to come by to pick up the fridge. You know... the one they picked up yesterday. I call the store to see what's going on. Manager blows me off, but I'm told that they no longer have the fridge so they can't help any longer. Nobody makes an effort to make things right or offer another product. I spend another 40 minutes in-store making them process the refund and give me a receipt. I then promptly drove to another place and bought the same fridge at $100 cheaper than THD. In conclusion: don't buy major appliances from THD. They simply do not care after the initial delivery. Nobody's paycheck is tied to giving you good service. Take your business to local, family-owned stores like I did. You won't regret it.

Do not fool yourself into thinking online order pickup will be convenient at this location. What a joke. Pro Services was closed on a Sunday and so we were sent to customer service. We stood in line for 20 min as they took a whole line of returns before anyone even looked our way. Both of us asked 3 people if we were in the right place to pickup an online order and were told yes but nothing more and there was no offer to help us. Lots of employees were available when we were in the aisles so that was an anomaly and the only good part of the excursion to man cave building central. Total time getting things in the various aisles: 12 minutes. Total time waiting in line to pickup online order and checking out: 25 minutes. Unacceptable.
