I am a recent banking customer here, and I have been really impressed by Rocket and Frank in particular. They went above and beyond to help me with a time-sensitive banking issue, and I really appreciated their support. They are a really great team and I always enjoy chatting with them both when I stop by the branch.

I was an employee of this branch for almost 4 years and as far as managers go, Frank is *literally* the best. I decided banking wasn't my life path, and after having the best boss ever I couldn't work for anyone ever again. I decided to open my own business. Now, as a small business customer, I receive the 5-star service that Frank exemplified and trained me to give. I HIGHLY recommend Frank, Rocket, and the rest of the team for all your small business banking needs.

AVOID THIS BANK ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH: To echo other bad reviews on here...this branch intially seemed fine. I opened an account in 2020. I mostly dealt with the assistant manager until she left last year.Everything went down hill after that. Since the manager Frank is ruling the branch his punitive attitude toward customers that cross him will be the undoing of this branch and this bank. For example, last year Frank the manager treated me with disrespect yelling at me due to fees for paper statements that the bank sent when I already had e-statements coming. He refused to refund all of the fees, instead only provided a partial refund with no justification that made any sense. I came in to speak with Frank(manager) about it and he yelled at me in front of the entire bank. Frank also put an overdraft protection on my account in 2020 and after two years of never having an overdraft or having to use it the moment I needed it he returned the check and charged me a fee. His staff even had the audacity to claim overdraft protection does not cover checks which is not true, it does indeed cover checks and the Homestreet documentation on the matter states that. It is apparent that Frank decided to use that overdraft issue to get back at me for lodging a complaint for his unprofessional handling of the paper statement issue. His behavior is costing Homestreet business but it is par for the course on the type of personalities at the top of this sketchy institution.

I've been using the Capital Hill branch for years for my business and they really could not be any better. Frank is always a pleasure to work with and Rocket fixes things that I didn't even know needed fixing!

Absolute terrible bank. They used to be okay. Now they are terrible. They used to waive atm fees. Now they will charge you $1.50 if you use an ATM out of their network. They have high fees for international travel, little resources for communicating with them, when making purchases the transactions don’t show up on the mobile app for days so I never know my true balance, and I’m just having trouble finding a single reason to stay. So I switched because they don’t do a single thing better than any other bank.

What great service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff! This place is what you didn't know you needed! They definitely have a neighborhood vibe and want to help you! So much better than the monoliths down the street. The branch manager Frank, took time out of his busy day to help me open a new account even though I didn't have an appointment. We had a great conversation and Frank was also very conscientious of my time and promised to follow up with more information via email since I had to leave. I felt like I walked out with a new friend, not just a new account. I had a busy day running errands but I finally got a chance to check some email while donating blood, Frank's name popped up with the promised information. I am extremely impressed and look forward to an awesome new banking relationship! Never thought I'd say those words, but here we are! If you need a bank, definitely check them out! Thank you Frank and HomeStreet team!

I am being spoiled by the genuine care and outstanding service at this bank. The branch manager, Frank, is welcoming, sincere, professional, and kind. I honestly don't think I'll bank anywhere else again. My only hesitation in writing is that the bank may get full. Right now there is never a wait for anything. Great apps too and free parking.

I have been doing my banking here for almost 5 years now and I have never looked back. Frank Alvarado, the bank manager, will bend over backwards to take care of all your banking needs. Frank has taught his team to be welcoming and gracious to anyone that walks through the doors of the bank resulting into one thing that his branch has that counts- and that's customer service! I utilize HomeStreet's online banking, as well as their app. I've had my debit card hacked (most likely my fault) a couple times and Roger Stultz has called and alerted me to the activity and put a stop payment on my account before calling me. He knows me well enough to know I didn't make those purchases. I will continue banking there for as long as I am around and you should too!
