Bryce who help me have my car service is very accommodating. He answered my questions and provided necessary information on what have been done to my car and the result of their inspection. All in the checklist passed and I can be assured that my vehicle will perform safely.

Lovely experience today purchasing a used car. The salesman, Jonathan Huber, was helpful, knowledgeable, transparent and chill. No pressure whatsoever. The whole process was efficient and enjoyable. Adulting has never been so easy! Thank you.

I have been going to Honda of Seattle for service since 2018, after the purchase of my CR-V that year. The star for me is Brice G. He has been the person checking my car in for service twice this year and he’s a professional’s professional. Clear and courteous communication, while also directing the process of the service team collecting my car; getting paperwork together, checking for any recalls, etc., Brice makes everything nice and easy, which makes me want to come back to Honda for service every time.

Stopped by for a diagnostic on my brakes along with a full-point inspection, Steven Nguyen was professional and easy to work with. The service team did the inspection, took the time to drive my car around, dissasembled the brakes and put them back together, but couldn't find an issue. I fully expected the discussed $190 price to be charged, if only for their time, but they didn't charge me, and didn't try to sell me on any unecessary service, overall it was an incredibly refreshing car service experience, will definitely be coming back for my regular service needs.

I am livid about the service I've received from Honda. I bought my car in 2020 and it the process went fine - there were some errors in the paperwork when buying the car but they were corrected once I pointed them out so I didn't hold it against them. I purchased a used Civic and additional warranty and roadside assistance for 7 years and all seemed great. Flash forward to a month ago, almost 3 years from buying my car. My battery dies for the first time and I think "no big deal, I have roadside assistance." I was wrong. When calling roadside assistance, they tell me I don't have coverage. So I call Honda to figure out what the deal is, and they tell me there are no managers around or people in finance to help me. At that time it was 5pm on a weekday, which was really interesting since I bought my car around 7:30 or 8pm at night and there was both a manager and finance person there at the time. So I call roadside assistance back and try again, and this time they tell me they see my coverage but it's expired and that they can't tell me when it expired... okay. I end up having to use Triple A and pay out of pocket, which really was frustrating considering I spent over $2,000 on a package that included this. So I call Honda again the next morning and (go figure) there are no managers to be found. I eventually get a call from a manager who tells me "someone told me to call you but didn't explain the issue" and after they explain the issue tell me "I'm not sure why they told me to contact you, I can't help". So I then ask for someone in Finance or whoever can help me with what I thought would be a simple task of checking the record. The next day I get a call from Eric in Finance who tells me that I do have coverage (yep, I know, I have the paperwork) and that he would call the roadside folks at their inside number and get back to me. I told him I would be in the next day for service so we could discuss it then and he said he would try to find me at my appointment or would call me. He does neither. I should have called the next day and gotten to the bottom of this as well as a reimbursement for the Triple A I had to use, but I'm a busy human and had already spent over an hour on the phone between Honda and the roadside assistance number. Flash forward one more month, after buying a brand new battery from Honda nonetheless, my battery dies. I do the rounds again. Honda of Seattle: no managers around. Honda roadside assistance: "I have a note in my system about this but can't place the assistance request but can transfer you to someone who can" and proceeds to transfer me to someone who tells me they certainly can not help. I call back and get a different woman who somehow cannot see the notes the last person saw in the system regarding my coverage and after another 15 minutes on the phone tells me she's "exhausted her options" and I'll have to pay $95 for jump start assistance. Cool..This is my first time leaving a negative review and it is well deserved. Hopefully thid review will incite some action from Honda because I've "exhausted my options." Honda customer service in general has been awful.

I had a great experience here buying a used certified Honda. My sales rep, Jason Deng, was really chill and so nice. His no-pressure, kind personality was just what I needed. He and his manger, Ramon, got me out of there with just what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place and I love my car!

I had to sell my 2005 Honda a few months ago due to life circumstances, and when I called to ask if they would buy it I got lucky when Toni answered the phone. She was very helpful and understanding, made sure I got the best price, and helped me do all the paperwork and get everything in order quickly and efficiently. It was a good experience during a somewhat difficult situation and I really appreciated her attention and help. She’s definitely a rockstar. (I meant to write this review sooner, but life)

Excellent dealership with friendly staff, helpful in finding a vehicle right for you and considerate of your requests. I personally was helped by Jonathan Huber and Eric Eldred, who did excellently in helping me find a suitable vehicle and finalizing the sale despite some last minute issues, and are committed to their work.

Came in for a test drive and discussed the model I wanted last December and was told it was not in their Inventory right now. Since then, I have heard nothing from the salesman or the dealership---in the seven (7) months since I contacted them and made clear as to what I was waiting for exactly. I was expecting better service on the front end of the deal, which makes me wonder how bad the after the sale service will be?

I bought my brand new Honda Accord here. I highly recommend working with Nariman! I ordered my car and he helped me every step of the way to ensure I got the exact car I wanted while keeping me posted on the delivery status through out the wait. The whole process was very easy and they work with MSRP prices.

I urgently needed a car as my old one decided to flat line. I went to Honda of Seattle and immediately knew I was at the right place. I was welcomed at the door and treated very well by all the staff. I found the perfect car for my family of 5, 23' Honda Odyssey, looking like a daddy bat-mobile with all black everything. The whole process was seamless and streamline which was great because I thought I was going to have to be there all day. All the Ts were crossed and i's dotted with no funny business. So happy I got to do business with these guys. Most importantly, my wife and kids are safe in their new car thanks to Honda of Seattle. Definitely recommend.

The Honda of Seattle experience was pleasant from the moment we walked through the door. Very professional, not pushy and extremely great service. I mentioned to them the specific vehicle we had in mind, and they were upfront in letting me know when it would be available with no surprises. After the car reached, everyone made it a very pleasant experience. I also had a trade in with the new purchase, and that process was seamless. Special thanks to Toni, Dan and Nari who gave exceptional service. The car speaks for itself in terms of overall driving experience, but I recommend Honda to be the dealership of your choice to make the experience better.
