I urgently needed a car as my old one decided to flat line. I went to Honda of Seattle and immediately knew I was at the right place. I was welcomed at the door and treated very well by all the staff. I found the perfect car for my family of 5, 23' Honda Odyssey, looking like a daddy bat-mobile with all black everything. The whole process was seamless and streamline which was great because I thought I was going to have to be there all day. All the Ts were crossed and i's dotted with no funny business. So happy I got to do business with these guys. Most importantly, my wife and kids are safe in their new car thanks to Honda of Seattle. Definitely recommend.

I came to Honda at SODO for the first time last Friday morning after realizing one of my tires was looking a little flat and then seeing a nail gouged in it.Shout out to Norm for his hospitality and understanding! He quoted me $50 to patch the tire, throw on some new rubber covers on the air things (I'm not sure the proper name), and check to make sure the other tires weren't also leaking. I asked if they offered any military or student discounts, and he said he can throw something in there for me. Awesome! (:Norm gave me an estimated wait time of 1.5 -- 2 hours because the garage was packed that day. He walked me to the waiting room to show me where I could study. After a couple hours, I received a text that my car was ready. Norm apologized for the wait and said that he personally took care of my car and didn't charge me!! As a broke college student, I deeply appreciate it. Thank you Norm for the unexpected blessing!! I am filled with gratitude and will be coming to Honda Seattle for all my future car needs.

Purchased a used 2018 Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen from Honda Of Seattle. I looked at quite a few cars before deciding to get this one. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. Nariman, who helped me was very good to work with, I had a lot of questions and he had good answers to all of them. Since I was also considering other options Nariman spend a good amount of time with me going through the pros and cons of the various deals I was considering. Of course he was trying to get me to decide to purchase the car they had on offer, but I felt he was giving honest answers to my questions, and acknowledged that some of the other options had good things to offer as well.After discussing the deal for a while, he looked up if the car still had some manufacturers warranty left on it, which it did. This definitely made it a more attractive buy to me. Ultimately this was the deciding factor in me getting the car. Had he not taken the extra time looking this up, we would have most likely gone with a different car from a different place.This worked out very well for me, and my experience at Honda Of Seattle was a lot better than some of the other used car dealers I also visited when searching for a different car. Happy owner of new to me Golf Sportwagen.

Been going here for servicing my car since I moved to Seattle. Also got my car repaired here after someone hit my car. The care and quality of service I got here are excellent. They do a great job and the staff is very friendly and nice. They answer all your questions in detail. They have a lounge inside in case you want to wait while your car is getting serviced, there is some complimentary coffee/hot chocolate in the lounge. The person who took care of me this time was Molanie Kum, she was amazing and very sweet. Highly recommend this place!

Went by there to look for a car about a month ago and did found something I like and interested in but because the car was still in pending(For the title to be release to Honda) the guy promised he will give me and my husband a call as soon as the vehicle is available. I noticed the guy didnt even asked for my name, I said "are you even going to remember us" he said of course and turn around and walked away. Yup and so....we never heard from him since that day. We actually went back again couple weeks after want to check in about that vehicle I saw, all the employees just busy chatting away with each other no customer service at all so we left. I don't recommend this place to anyone who are looking to buy a vehicle!

I'm newly obsessed with Honda of Seattle after working with Mo for a service appt. She was kind, attentive and so helpful and informative. She kept in touch with me for two days via text, and was really helpful answering all my weird questions when it came to making a decision about getting a further diagnosis for my car based on my budget and the issue at hand. Based on my experience with Mo I'll always come back to Honda of Seattle. Starting a Mo fan club over here.

Chris (CJ) was great in helping me with finding a Honda Hybrid CRV. I shopped at many dealerships, and it is refreshing to find a dealership that provided information including pricing upfront. Honda of Seattle makes the buying process straightforward and it is great to work with everyone.

I wish to give a big shout out to Anh in the service department at Honda of Seattle. I left some Home Depot items in the loaner car I borrowed and had called the service guy who had helped me. As it turns out, he was off on the day I returned and did not actualize what he committed to do. It was Anh who resolved the issue by diligently figuring out which loaner car the items were in and assuring they got returned to me. Thanks, Anh for the great customer service and going one step beyond to correct my mistake!

My Fit had an intermittent transmission issue that was apparently hard to diagnose. Since their first try didn't fix the problem (because they couldn't reproduce it), i brought it in again and they did identify and fix it that time for no extra charge. The price for the repair was very reasonable and an excellent service experience (shout out to service advisor Molanie, who is friendly, attentive, and a good communicator!) The price was about 1/10th of what i was quoted from an independent Ballard shop. For Covid times, they have a pick up and drop off service that replaces their former shuttle service. Very handy!

This place was awesome!! Timur Malkoc was amazing. Updating with emails and text messages. I went in to purchase an old cheap car. Just a commuter. I was treated as if I was purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. By everyone! But technically it was the cheapest car on the lot! And the car was in 110% condition! I've driven it every day now for a few weeks in the hot summer. Zero issues! this place has quality products and amazing customer service! I will be going back to finance a really good car!

I have no interest in rectifying this. In the voicemail Patrick said he had an "off day". But he treated me this way over a handful of days and was still trying to make a sale even when apologizing. I'll take my business somewhere else.

The service department sucks. No shuttle service. Seriously. So many people are single and don't have drop-off/pickup-up options. Their "we'll pickup your car service" is selective at best. Their website says to call for this, and then NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Seriously Honda of Seattle, will you bloody hell hire someone to answer the phone! I then leave a message and get a text later in the day stating... "No we cannot pickup your car." WTF. Add to this their website for online service scheduling is convoluted and confusing beyond measure. You're losing customers Honda of Seattle. Wake up!
