Luxurious experience. Everything went smoothly except a small hiccup with the charges. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with updated furnishing. Upgraded room was spectacular! Special thanks to Drew, and most others for fantastic services.

For my birthday, I took my family to stay at this hotel for celebration of my birthday. When I checked in the receptionist was ruled and rushed me throughout the process of checking in. I’ve noticed two people in front of me use their card to check in. But when he asked me, are you going to use a credit card? I say no my debit card but what put the icing on the cake he never asked The other individuals the same thing. I really had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. I must admit the rooms are nice, but the overall service was extremely terrible. I love Seattle and I always travel back-and-forth, but I would never stay at this hotel again. I hope that the individual who was giving me Service go to training to proper handle customers better in the future.

If there were an option for 4.5 stars then that would be the rating. It's a nice hotel with very nice rooms and nice team members.Location is good in a city that is struggling with the after effects of covid.Rooms are generous in size, well maintained, decent bathrooms and beautiful bedding. Compared to the Charter Curio Hotel (see separate review) this place is the Hilton brand to choose.Bar is decent and food is good, there is a cocktail bar that is closed Monday & Tuesday which is an odd place, don't quite get it's purpose to be honest. One thing that does grate on me is nickel & diming a customer, they charge a $25 dollar Urban Resort Fee which is redeemable in the restaurant, it's just a way to get you to spend money and hacks me off in all honesty, they are not alone though as all the Hilton properties in Seattle charge it, annoys me that as a customer I'm forced into spending money in the hotel against my will and without merit

Overall, we were happy with our stay here. Our room was immaculate and I appreciated the 2 bedroom layout for our family of four. Had one minor incident when housekeeping/room service barged into our room in the evening, waking up my child. Centrally located, within walking distance to Pike Place Market and a vast array of restaurants.

Good location, clean room and friendly staff. They have a large tub which takes up most of the bathroom and then a shower stall which is smaller than average size which was a bit annoying. I had a room request for a higher floor away from the elevator and they had me on the first floor of rooms (5th floor), literally right across from the elevator. So it seems they don’t pay any attention to requests. Other than that, it was an easy stay for a business trip.

We were staying in Seattle for the night and had won a free stay at Hotel 1000 in a water view king room. I have to say that, as a traveler, this was one of the more comfortable hotels beds I've slept in. The pillows were great and, if you travel, you know how important that really is. Arriving, the valet was prompt and whisked away the car so we could check in. Check in was smooth and everyone we met was very friendly. Destiny checked us in and walked is through the amenities, figuratively. She ushered to the elevator and ensured that we got to our floor. Shortly after arriving in our room a staff member appeared to offer us turn down service, ice, or additional water. We were out later than expected and didn't get to enjoy the bar or any other amenities. I'm fact, we didn't even have a chance to grab some cash. Never fear! The front desk was able to tip housekeeping via our check out. We would certainly stay at Hotel 1000 when we need a place in Seattle. The location is very convenient and staff super friendly.

My go to hotel brand when traveling is usually a Hilton or Hyatt, and they all are usually about the same, nice hotels with great service. Hotel 1000 surprised me by taking it a step further with their attention to detail. Once we got to our room we found little bags of lavender on our beds, a bag with slippers next to each bed, a bottle of water on each night stand, and ice in the ice bucket. The room itself was fantastic. It had a very modern crisp look to it. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom had a stand alone tub that filled from the ceiling, as well as a separate shower. The staff were top notch. The check in process was smooth and fast. They offer valet parking which I though was great since finding parking in Seattle is challenging to say the least. Shortly after arriving in our room I received a text from the front desk asking if we needed anything, which I thought was a nice extra touch. Check out went equally as smooth. I will definitely stay with Hotel 1000 next time I need a hotel in Seattle.

Super hit or miss. Mainly depends on the staff. I stay here. Eat here and drink here. I do enjoy the chowder yet the clams are always chewy, ALWAYS. Oysters are good as long as they are not the happy hour oysters. That's like eating them out of the alley out back. Mixed drinks can be meh to sheesh depending on the 'tender. Overall a good spot for a 1st ave gamble. Give it a try. You got a 50/50 chance.

This is a great boutique hotel in a perfect location in Seattle! It is definitely MUCH better than other Hilton Brand hotels we’ve stayed at in the past few years. We had given up on Hilton properties since almost all have been awful from Hilton Garden Inns, Hampton Inns, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, etc, and it didn’t matter where they were located. We had Hilton Honor points to use so we selected this hotel based on reviews & its location. It did not disappoint. It far exceeded our expectations. The lobby is small but it has great ambience & character. There is a fireplace just off the lobby with seating to just kick back & relax. All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. They provided directions to the closest light rail station since we mentioned that we wanted to take it to the airport the next day. Also, we asked for additional water (we were given 2 at check-in) after exploring the city after checking in & there was only 1 at the front desk. The gentleman on duty in the evening had 4 sent up to our room without us even asking. That was so AWESOME!The room was GREAT! We were in 713 & never had to wait long for an elevator. The view from the room was partial waterfront & overlooked 2nd Ave. We didn’t hear the street noise very much even though it is a very busy street. The room was on the small side but had everything we needed in it. It was bright & very inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. The mattress was perfect, no lumps or sagging & the pillows were nice & fluffy. We slept great! The sofa in the room was very comfortable, also, and we had no problems sitting on it since we didn’t feel like it was dirty or grimy, which hasn’t been the case in many other hotels. There was a big in-room safe that held our 2 laptops, binoculars, digital camera, & few other things. The was a small refrigerator & wine bottle opener which was a nice touch. There were also robes & slippers in the closet. The bathroom was bright & had a lot of natural light because it doesn’t have traditional walls. The main wall is made of glass, which was different, but we liked it. This glass wall does have a shade that can be rolled down for privacy. There is an oversized soaking tub that fills from the ceiling. So cool! The view from the tub is directly into the bedroom area through the glass wall & you can watch TV while taking a relaxing bath. The toilet area has frosted glass for some privacy. The shower is a little small but efficient and has dispensers on the wall for shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We did have a problem with the shower as it leaked a little into the toilet area which is adjacent to it. We didn’t report it since we were only staying 1 night. The towels were plush & luxurious. They appeared to be new & very gently used. The hair dryer was better quality than at other hotels & didn’t make my wife’s hair frizzy. This hotel doesn’t have typical ice machines, which was very refreshing. The ice was in plastic bags in freezers near the elevator. This made it very convenient to get ice. Loved this idea. More hotels should adopt this concept. As for location, the hotel is located a few walking blocks from the bus station, Pioneer Station, & University Station, 2 Light Rail stations. It is also a few blocks to the Waterfront & around a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market & the original Starbuck’s. The hotel is located on a relatively flat street & you don’t need to walk up/down any hilly streets if you don’t want to.We highly recommend Hotel 1000. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.Rooms: The room was so comfortable & inviting. I wish we had stayed there more than 1 night.Nearby activities: There is so much to do in Seattle. Many places are located off the light rail system which is very inexpensive to get around on & easy to navigate. The hotel is close to 2 light rail stations.Walkability: The location makes this a good hotel in the middle of

GREAT LOCATION! Close to all the major attractions and within easy walking distance to Lumen Field. The rooms are very nice size, with very comfortable beds. As Diamond members, we received $50.00 food credit per day at the hotel restaurant All Water, which has excellent food. Rooms very well equipped with luxurious soap and shampoo, as well as nice towels. The hotel is a short walk to the harbor. Valet Parking is $60 per day, but this is standard in a hotel downtown. Outstanding stay
