I called and both people Inspoke to was very rude over the phone. I scheduled an appointment against my best judgement and they told me I never scheduled even after sending a confirmation text to my phone. Please close this branch and find a job where you don't have to work with people because y'all clearly don't like customer service

One of the worst experiences of my life. They lost my sons W 2 forms. Told me I did not need to even bother with taxes. The guy that met me in the first place, Joe had no idea what he was doing. He questioned if I was a US citizen. I am a business owner and he said there was no need to file taxes. I complained and was transferred to a different specialist in another branch and she was nice, but I would NEVER recommend H&R Block to anyone. As a citizen you file taxes! There are two things in life that are certain DEATH and TAXES! H and R Block sucks and are full of Blockheads. Only reason this gets a one star is because a 0 is not an option.
