Great dealership and people. Kacy (the salesman) was fantastic - low pressure and he gave me a great price. He followed up a couple of times to see if I needed anything. I had a minor issue after the sale and Dave, the general manager, solved the problem quickly. Most dealers will ignore you. My new Ioniq 5 is great, and I highly recommend the dealership. I checked with all the Western WA dealerships and these guys had the best price.

My experiences with this dealer have had their ups and downs. However, once communications channels opened, I found the people at Seattle Hyundai to be helpful and honest. Right now they are going out of their way to help fix a warranty problem with my Tucscon. I am convinced that they will find a way to get my car back to me. By the way, the Tucson Plug-In Hybrid is great!

I'm generally happy with the used subaru vehicle I purchased 10/31/23. Rachel the sales gal was great and Kasin was very helpful as well . I do have one complaint. When I met with the finance gentleman in the office I asked him why a $399 anti theft charge was added to the bill of sale. He told me one can't buy a vehicle in Wa without this due to the high vehicle theft in this area . I've found that the purchase of anti theft coverage is not mandatory. Consumers Report also says this is not true and to decline it. All my friends and relatives who have recently purchased vehicles in WA did not have this added to their vehicle purchases ! I have car insurance that covers this11/28 . I'm changing my review to 5 stars as the sales Manager Thi says he will return my $399 dollars for anti theft and said it shouldn't have been added after I tried to refuse it. Thank you.

My sales person, Kacy, was so responsive to my questions via phone and text. When I arrived at the dealership, he was so friendly and patient with us - even when my 1 year old was getting tired and bored and fussy. No one we worked with was pushy AT ALL, and they were happy to answer every question and review every detail multiple times (and I had A LOT of questions).14/10. Fantastic experience. Would recommend.

For the most part the sale went well. Dealing online with Ashley was a great experiance. It went very smooth. This was a cash deal so it should have gone very quickly but we were there nearly 2 hours waiting for the finance guy. It went pretty quick once we got in to see him. Some of the papers we signed were not filled out which made us a little uncomfortable. Kacey in sales was good to work with. He spent time going over all the features and controls. He even set up the Bluelink app for us. I drove all the way from Boise because the offered the best deal on the car. I would buy from them again.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Process was straight forward, but took a really long time as we had to wait quite a while for the final steps and then wait again for the fuel to be topped off. We did appreciate every one we worked with with and would recommend Seattle Hyundai.

Absolutely floored by the entire team and experience at Seattle Hyundai. We had visited 3 other dealerships and left each one asking..."Don't they want our money?"When we walked in, Mustaf (who has many awards and accolades on his desk!) greeted us and immediately said "We'll find something that works for you".We got the car we wanted, for less than we were expecting, they bought our older trade in, and didn't put us through the usual dog and pony show.All very easy, fairly quick, no hassle, no games. I will recommend them to EVERYONE who is in the market for a new car.Thank you team!

I just helped my daughter find and purchase her first car here at Seattle Hyundai. What a great dealership to work with. Our salesman Mustaf was one of the best and easiest sales people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very communicative with a very pleasant demeaner and no pressure whatsoever. Mustaf is a great salesperson — so helpful and knowledgeable. Also very friendly. Everyone at the dealership was really great about helping us get the right leasing agreement, making sure we got all the EV incentives, and getting our vehicle quickly!

We were searching around for a specific Ioniq 5 and found it at Seattle Hyundai. I worked with Ashley online to negotiate the price before coming in and working with Kacy to check out the car, test it out, and make a purchase. Both were great to work with, quick to respond to any questions, and super professional. I would 100% buy another car from them.

Great selection of cars on the lot including the exact model and trim I wanted. Salesperson was very helpful, thorough in explaining the features of the car with no pressure. The test drive allowed me to explore the critical aspects of performance and handling. The deal was a direct and efficient process without unnecessary haggling, getting to a fair, if not better than fair price for the vehicle. The purchasing process was fully electronic and efficient with only minimal actual paperwork.

Just bought a Hyundai Ioniq 5, and had a great experience. Mustaf and his manager, Rachel, were a pleasure to work with. He took care of us throughout the entire process from drive test to discussions to the paperwork and even training on how to charge the EV.Highly recommend the dealership in general, and Mustaf specifically.I now get the closest parking spot to the main lobby at Meta's building X, since that's an EV charging station.

I had the absolute worst car buying experience ever. Purchased a used Audi. It broke down within 48 hours. Took a week to get someone to contact me back so I could have it towed to them (my expense) They did agree to repair the issue. The work seems fine so far. They had my car for just shy of a month and trying to reach someone at the dealership proved to be near impossible. I left several voice messages and emails that went not returned. I finally had to drive up to the dealer. I live about 35 miles away. I have now been trying to get someone to reimburse me for the multiple towing expenses that I accrued. As of yet still no contact back. Some of the worst communication that I have ever had! I would think long and hard before you do business wit these guys.

Avoid this dealership! Said they made a mistake when we paid for our new car and wanted thousands more. We said no way as we had gone over all the paperwork and cost with them during the purchase. When the license plates came in, they wouldn't give them to us unless we paid more! Illegal, and terrible business practices.

Updated review:Ryan, finance manager, came around after my iffy experience and made things right as best he could. He really cares about customer satisfaction and making his dealership reputable. I still stand by my original review as first impressions cannot be replaced._______________________I regret buying my car from here.Exclude Ashley, Kasim, and Mohammad, overall this dealer carries a lot of tension. There's no one to really greet you. Apparently they're all too busy. They treat you right unto you're not interested. I only bought here because they had the vehicle I wanted, and they knew that. Very aggressive negotiations, I ended up getting things I knew were negotiable yet weren't honored( $399 vin etched anti-theft DEALER INSTALLED, $2500 "valet" maintenance warranty and VERY NEGOTIABLE doc fee). Pressured to the max.Ashley gave pretty good online deal, it's the only reason I came in. She got yelled at while I was there for doing something similar for someone else! Kasim and Mohammad worked well with me to show me cars; made me feel my business was important to them.Tip: if you have to buy here, NEGOTIATE thru telecommunication first. Better yet, just try avoiding this dealership!
