I had the best experience at my wedding dress appointment! Jennifer was absolutely amazing—she made me feel comfortable, listened to what I was looking for, and pulled the most beautiful options. She was so patient and encouraging, and truly made the whole experience fun and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist!

I had the most amazing experience at I Do! Brittany was my stylist and she took amazing care of me & my guests! She was incredible about catching onto my nonverbal reactions to the dresses & materials and continued to bring out the next best dress! The hardest part is that I loved too many of the dresses that she chose for me. I absolutely would recommend I Do & specifically Brittany to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience working with Bridgette here - after visiting 5+ other stores and feeling like I was playing dress up, Bridgette truly listened to what I was looking for (both physically and emotionally as someone feeling very out of place). She pulled a dress that I probably wouldn't have picked off the rack and that ended up being the one. The buying process was upfront and seamless. My dress arrived early and with plenty of time for alterations. Would highly recommend to anyone, but particularly if you're feeling stuck - they have a huge selection and are top notch dress matchmakers.

I just went in looking for sleeves to add to my dress and some hair pieces. They could not have been more helpful and sincere. I didn’t have an appointment and they still provided me with the best service. They really tried to help match my vision. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend I Do Bridal enough for all your wedding dress needs! I had the most magical experience with Bridget who helped me find my dream dress with my bridesmaids! We tried on so many dresses. She guided me with love and kindness until we found the ONE (all of us were crying tears of joy because it was so perfect). I felt beyond beautiful on my wedding day and filled with all the joyful love thank you so much!

I recently found my dress at I Do and my stylist, Annie, helped me have my dream shopping experience! She was so warm and personable and very quickly helped me feel super comfortable. My bridesmaids and family are all out of state and I was worried about them joining over FaceTime, but Annie brought out a tripod, went totally above and beyond and killed it as a videographer! She was even soliciting opinions from them and explaining things so I didn’t have to while I was forming my own thoughts about the dresses I was trying on. She had read through my lookbook notes and even had me try on dresses in a strategic order to make sure I was set on my top choice (and speaking of, I’m obsessed with the lookbook experience - favoriting dresses ahead of time? sharing notes with your stylist? the price transparency? outstanding). When we had decided on the one, she brought out a veil and faux bouquet to help me envision the whole look. The entire process, from looking online to booking the appointment and purchasing the dress was so easy and enjoyable. So excited to keep working with I Do as I wait for my dress to arrive and can’t recommend them enough!

I had a great experience at the I Do Bridal where I found my ceremony dress. The staff and Audi Clay, my stylist, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel celebrated throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported and encouraged, which made finding the perfect dress such a memorable experience. Booking requires a reservation and deposit, so I recommend reviewing their bridal catalog beforehand to make sure their selection matches your style. Communication was smooth and I loved being able to review their lookbook before scheduling an appointment. Overall, I would definitely recommend this shop given their warm, supportive staff and beautiful selection.

I had such a great experience at I Do Bridal and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff really knows how to make you feel at ease, and I always felt like I had their full attention whenever I visited.
Mary H, the sales associate I worked with, was amazing. She was not only understood my style and what i was looking for after one conversation, but also overall helpful, direct and incredibly patient. I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and Mary was always available to answer follow-up questions, which was incredibly reassuring.
If you’re a bride looking for custom options or a very personalized experience in a relaxed, pressure-free environment, I Do Bridal is definitely the place to go. I’m so grateful to Mary and the entire team for making this part of my wedding journey so enjoyable!

This place is fantastic. Earlier the day of this appointment, I had a horrible experience that quite literally made me consider canceling my wedding because I was so upset with how I looked as a plus size, older bride. The very first dress Jennifer put me in changed the way I felt about not only my wedding, but how I feel about my body. She made me beautiful. I don’t have the words for how incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful Jennifer was throughout the entire appointment, from how she interacted and treated my mother and best friend, to how she made each dress fit perfectly to my body, to how genuinely delighted she was every time we had some moment of connection and success in finding something that felt incredible. I felt beautiful for the first time in years and felt like a bride, like I was worthy of the love and the ceremony and the glamour of the perfect dress. She took her time, never rushed me, and once we found a good fit or fabric or design, she adjusted her plan to ensure I kept that feeling as we moved to a different dress. She let my mother help, encouraged and laughed and even got teary when we did. I felt seen, not just my body, but my heart and my vision for the wedding. I cannot recommend Jennifer and I Do Bridal enough.
Please know that even if I do not purchase the dress from your shop, you truly helped me see how beautiful and lovely I can be. This experience will be a cherished memory of my wedding journey and I am so beyond grateful to Jennifer and the I Do team.

100% would recommend! I worked with Annie, and she made the entire experience amazing. This was my third and final bridal shop fitting of the day. I knew going in what style and fit I liked. Annie brought out all the dresses within those categories and within my budget. We ended up finding the one, but she suggested that I try on other styles I hadn’t tried before, so I could be sure about how I felt about my top pick—and she was right! I tried on my number one pick again, and all of my bridal party started tearing up. That’s when we all knew this was the dress! I got such a great deal on it since I was able to get it off the rack with some minor defects. I highly recommend I Do Bridal to all future brides—and definitely request Annie if you can!

Thank you for giving my daughter her once in a lifetime wedding dress day. Jennifer was nothing short of incredible. If she is a reflection of your store you are doing it right. We had come from a horrific appointment and my daughter was so upset and anxious. I cannot express how absolutely wonderful and touching my experience has been at I Do with Mary as my associate. With a total of four appointments at bridal shops, Mary was so far outstanding and impactful to the ritual overall it made it the hands down choice of where I wanted to purchase my wedding gown. Her ease, thoughtfulness, and guidance, alongside just being a great human, made this experience so very special.
