Since federal storage took over we have been consistently locked out of the storage unit!! There is medical equipment in the unit and we have no access!! No one has access, the door is broken and this has been over a month! No one is on site and no one is local! They are located in UTAH!! Their customer service is complete trash and useless!! I will be calling my account immediately

Wow…this is months and months delayed praise! Just found the CubeSmart business card at the bottom of a pile of papers…better late than never!
But I have been meaning to leave a glowing review for Joey for months now! Joey was so extremely helpful, multiple times, while I was clearing out a storage unit for my recently deceased father. It meant so much to have kind, helpful and professional support during a challenging and stressful time. He went above and beyond. High praises for Joey! Thank you!

[NOV 2025] Updating my review from 2 stars to 1 star b/c I've called the number several times, left voicemails, and have yet to get a real person to speak to me.
[OCT 2025] All these good reviews are for Cube Smart, not 10 Federal Storage. Federal Storage just acquired them, forced a new “technology” system that does not work, and is charging an additional fee a month for it. The new technology allows you access to the gate but not the building where your storage unit is, which, as you can imagine, is incredibly frustrating and stupid. I literally can’t get my own stuff right now.
If you ask for help, you get a chat bot that repeatedly asks you the same question and then gives you a phone number that’s not even connected.
CubeSmart was excellent. 10 Federal Storage is stupid. I’ll be looking for a new storage unit.

Since the conversion to 10 Federal Storage I have had no acess. I can get into gate but no acess to building. This is extremely frustrating.

I came in to sign up for a parking space and was genuinely impressed by how easy and straightforward the process was. Kaitlyn at the front desk was fantastic.
Charming, and incredibly helpful. She made what could’ve been a hassle feel quick and easy. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-run. Highly recommend.

Joey was extremely helpful and showed me the ins and outs of how to work the code. The lock process, the sliding door process. Made paperwork quick and easy, I highly recommend cube smart storage!
