Wish I had read reviews. Grabbed a charger that I realized I did not need. No refunds despite it still being sealed in the box. Waste of time as well as I was told I could talk to the manager in their shop at different terminal. Manager first said I could not return it as I purchased it at the other terminal shop, then let me know they had already called him to let me know I was heading over. Not clear why I made that trip of they could just call.

Charged me $60 for a cable and charger it turns out I didn’t need and said he can’t take it back due to policy. The receipt even says nothing about not being able to return cables, but alas, it’s in the policy in the store.Don’t bother doing business with this slimeball company.

they wouldn’t except a return for a broken product with the receipt. I had a terrible experience. They also charged significantly more than the retail price at an Apple Store for the AirPods. Highly recommend avoiding buying anything, unless you’re desperate.

Charged me $30 for garbage skull candy headphones that were horrible, quite and grainy on one side and broken completely on the other before I could even use them (by the time I opened them I was boarding at the other side of the airport!). Just don't forget your airpods you will seriously regret it.

Location description is wrong, moved to end of D gates, NOT at beginning of C gates. Glad to have an option other than Hudson news. Prices still a little bit of a gut punch but better than nothing.

I was very disappointed to come here and find that A: there were no current MacBook chargers for any Apple computer made within the last 6 years and B: Upon trying to purchase Samsung Galaxy earbuds the clerk was unable to scan them (tried all of them in the store for nearly 10 minutes) or find them in the inventory at checkout and had to decline my purchase due to this error. There was no manager available or anyone to call and they lost a major sale.

I visited your store today at the SeaTac airport. Your sales girl Jersey was amazing! What an outstanding employee! She was helpful, friendly , and was very knowledgeable on all of your products! You are lucky to have her! Thank you for the great service!!

They had a good deal on a Fitbit, as well as earbuds that helped us with last-minute stocking stuffers. Staff were helpful with discerning differences between models, and with opening/recycling packaging to save space in carryon...

They treat customer very bad. I left my headset cable on the counter, called them back , they found it but refuse to send to me with me paying the postage, they said they will send to lost and found, but 3 weeks later, there is no case could be tracked at Seatec lost and found. They don't care customer who give them business, not a good way of doing business . Never buy anything from In Motion !

The staff are just simply awesome. They greet you when you come in and very helpful when answering questions about the product they sell. I will definitely recommanded this store to anyone who has any questions about the product they sell. Very nice people here.
