Searched for weeks and found the car I’m looking for on their website. Car was being advertised for 2 grand over Kelly blue book for a 20 year old car, on top of that the ad had false information stating it was an automatic when it is a manual. Upon speaking with representative, not only did he not know the difference between an auto and a manual transmission, he also would not come to a fair market price. I’m not sure where they got integrity from in their name, perhaps they should consider renaming to greedy auto sales. I wouldn’t do business with them unless you expect to get raked over the coals.

Have been contacting them for over a month trying to purchase a specific vehicle, no response to any emails on inquiries and when I’ve called they’ve put me on the phone with their mechanic and not a salesperson and wasn’t able to tell me anything about purchasing the vehicle, I then offered them $1000 over asking price and they didn’t respond and sold the vehicle to someone else. This dealership is a joke and an insult to its customers

RUN! they are rolling back odometers! They are advertising a Honda Element with 118k miles but when I did a Carfax it shows it was sold in 2019, for a MUCH lower price with 220k Miles.

Way exceeds expectations. Integrity Motors is owned by my Saab mechanic, Moe's Automotive. Moe is the reason my convertible Saab continues to whistle along at an advanced age. While at Moe's for an oil change, I noticed a smart wagon/succession plan for the convertible. I'm *delighted* that Moe sells cars. What a resource. He's been maintaining mine for eight years and if I had to buy one elsewhere, I'd be taking it to Moe for a pre-purchase vetting session. I haven't bought a car in 16 years so acquiring a new one was a significant event. Moe selling cars removes almost all of the concern of buying a used car. I'm not clear why there is a negative review here, but judging from that reviewer's posts, there appears to be a theme. I can't imagine a better used car buying experience and look forward to many happy days with my wagon. Huge thanks Moe!

Couldn't be happier with the service provided and my car. They definitely live up to their name and I highly recommend anyone looking for a Jetta to go to them!

Went for first visit and the owner said I can leave with the Scion tC with 800 down. Came back with the money and he jumped it up to 1000 down. I understand how it is with dealerships - however the private owner is not negotiable and likes to change his mind
