Apollo was super helpful! Last year I came in for my wedding suit, Apollo helped me get the right size and look for my big day. A year later I came back for some casual shopping and Apollo remembered my name! He goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need, I would highly recommend this location!

I purchased sunglasses at this location a few weeks ago. They ended up not being overly comfortable, so I wanted to take them back. I haven’t shopped at this store much, so I was unaware of the return policy and was not told at the time of purchase they were final sale. I explained this, and even said I was happy to purchase something else if store credit was an option. The attendant said no, which was annoying enough since I wasn’t originally told I couldn’t, but then had the nerve to say “well you only paid X amount for them” - and…? If I’m not going to wear them, it’s still a waste. It was rude and condescending.

I story ped by today and really appreciated Richard, first he helped me getting my stuff and get ready the fitting room, after that, I asked him to hold for cause i have commitments with my family, I came back and the cashier was really nice. When she finished payment, I checked my receipt something was not right.And Richard asked me everything ok and i said No cause the skirt should be 60 percent and no question at all his willing to do it right away.
And the cashier oh yeah I got it. Thank you all for your great service

Service is poor: when I stopped the salesperson, he looked as if I was bothering him and then after I finished asking my question, he says he's busy and will get back to me later, for which he never did. If he had answered my question, I may have ended up buying the $900 item I was inquiring about. But I guess their mo to motive is not to sell clothes. My bad. I'll remember it's just for show.

Had really amazing service by one of the employees Noah. He was super patient and helpful with helping me trying to maximize my discounts, and even seemed to have some fun with it. Definitely makes me want to come back to this location!

The store is fantastic and so are the employees. My negative review is for management and the owner of the store. There is no air conditioning in this store. It’s warmer in the store than outside and this summer has been in the 80s and 90s. It’s uncomfortable for the customers (I walked out after a minute), but it’s absolutely cruel and negligent toward their employees. Imagine working an 8+ hour shift in this heat?! There’s not even any fans on. Just stale heat and humidity. J. Crew treat your employees better it’s not a good luck at all. Especially when all of the other stores in UVillage have A/C.

Had a really great experience here getting clothes for multiple people for a wedding. Shoutout to Noah in particular for going above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed, couldn't have done it without him. Great selection; friendly, helpful people.

Store was nicely kept and clean; staff were helpful. My criticism is regarding the lack of inclusive sizing found in store. It was impossible to find sizes for petite people and for any trouser sizes above size 12 for any height. I’ve noticed many physical stores closing in the area. If you broaden your in store sizes to be more inclusive you would likely be viewed in a better light by our modern world.

I tried ordering some gift slippers that are on sale using my phone and my computer. The computer display had no way to add the item to the shopping bag but the cell phone did have a button to add to the shopping bag. However, all it did was get me to a survey and then no way out. Do I have to order during store hours or what?
