Came here for an oil change and rear tail light replacement yesterday and I have mixed reviews.
I pulled into their lot and no one was outside attending the garage. I patiently waited in front of the garage waiting for someone to come out. Nobody did. I get out of my car to see if there was anybody on duty as soon as I open the door to the business, eventually one person pops out from the back office. I’m like ok maybe he was on lunch with no one to cover. lo and behold 2 other guys slowly emerge from the back. They definitely looked preoccupied and not with work.
I received a simple oil change and I tried to receive a rear tail light replacement but they weren’t able to replace my light. I wish I could give them more stars because they seemed pretty chill and friendly for the most part.
But it’s the lack of professionalism that does it for me. Nobody comes into these places expecting to lose bits and pieces of their car at a time. And it seems every time I go to a jiffy lube a piece of my car is damaged or comes up missing because of their lack of care to properly reassemble things. I now have 2 noted incidents with this company where a piece of my car was not assembled how they found it. Or they completely lose a piece. And it’s frustrating because of their lack of accountability, I’m the one paying for the cost of their damage.

Huge fan of this Jiffy Lube location! After being poorly received at a different oil change spot and leaving, I rolled in feeling angry and frustrated . Mao and the team did a great job breaking my tension with humor and taking care of all my car's needs swiftly and professionally. A smile goes a long way! Thank you Jiffy on 4th!

I think a lesser talked-about aspect when getting your car serviced, especially as a woman who doesn't know much about cars, is the feeling of safety when coming into a place where all the workers are dudes. I only felt a little intimidated at first when I drove up since the entrance was hard to spot and I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was received promptly and courteously, spent only a few minutes in the waiting room where there was a TV and a restroom, and the manager only came in once to talk me through a few additional options (e.g., filter & fluid replacements) and answered all my questions nicely. Paying them and getting my keys back only took a minute and then I was back on the road. I'd like to thank the guys at Jiffy Lube who were working around noon today. You made the whole process quick and painless, not intimidating at all!

I have a very good experience with the crew. they give you a choice to stay inside my car or stay in there lobby. they were quick and friendly. they inform me of the services needed. Federico and Max are great. First time I went to have an oil change that do not upsell you but inform what are needed.
Highly recommended.
