I wen to to the jiffy lube in the university district for years and was concerned I wouldn’t find service like I had at that location but the team in Wallingford has been a pleasant surprise for the last few years ‘be been going there.

This is my regular stop for an oil change. The staff have always been kind direct and efficient. My oil change light came on earlier this week so I headed in for an oil change, Joseph greeted me and let me know that I was early for my oil change and I had a few thousand miles before I needed to come back. I really appreciated him printing me out a new sticker to remind me when to come back. He was really friendly and warm.

Tseo and staff were absolutely amazing! I went in because my car had been sitting for a few months without driving. They checked everything for me, and were so honest about my cars condition! Turns out I didn’t need a service, and not only were they honest about it, but extremely kind as well. I will definitely be coming back here when it’s time to change my oil. Amazing staff!

I love the team here at Jiffy! Ulysses was so much help when my battery died and while I was here we also got the gears rolling for an oil change. He’s so helpful and very kind. Thanks Jiffy!
