Nik S. Helped me with the oil change and checked my car and changed my very difficult to change oil filter with ease. Nik was very knowledgeable and friendly and got everyone through quickly. Kongo B was under my car and from what I heard was knowledge, professional and quick.

They have a great team there. Ted and the mechanics there went above and beyond with knowledge and expertise. Helping my solve my problems not with just oil but other very helpful insight. Ted knew everything plus more. The mechanics were very savvy and thought outside the box to make a forever loyal customer. Thank you guys!!!

I arrived at Jiffy Lube before 6 PM and waited in line for an oil change. When I reached the front at 6:03, the staff refused to provide service, stating they don’t take any oil changes after 6. Despite explaining that I had been waiting since before 6, they still refused. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service.
