I have to give it up to the Lake City Jiffy Lube. I have been going there for years now and they are just greatest group of guys. I just love them. They always make time for what ever issue or concern i come in with. They explain so greatly even take videos to show me the issue. Always nice, always professional, they are a great asset to our community. I know I can always go there and rely on them to give me good honest information and fair prices. All my neighbors that I speak to say the same thing about them. It is snowing, ice, rain, sleet, extreme hot temperatures. They are always servicing with a smile thank you, Lake City Jiffy Lube.

Efficient, polite, and professional!
Scheduled an AC evac and recharge service on my Honda accord because the compressor was not engaging due to low pressure. The estimated price was reasonable (~$190) and cheaper than other providers I had inquired. They also gave the guarantee of the job, i.e. no charge if the service was not successful.
Michael and Ronald handled my appointment. They were very polite and professional. They walked me through the process, explained all the relevant details, and worked on the vehicle. The whole process was done in less than 30 minutes. The AC is working fine now, and they let me inspect the AC system before charging me.
Highly recommend the store!

Michael is a great employee. Guided me step by step on what, how, and why I required service to other components of my vehicle not trying to up sell but to educate me to avoid future unnecessary cost. Definitely trustworthy folks here 5 stars boys. 5 stars! And he included a promotion I wasn't aware was being advertised saved me a few bucks thank you ?

I’ve had two bad experiences with this jiffy lube. First time I called in to make sure they could do an oil change on my car but when I got there they didn’t have the filter. Turns out they didn’t actually check when I called. I asked if I could just go across to the auto parts store and buy the filter. They said yes but then they still charged me for a filter at the end and told me they couldn’t remove the charge because it was part of the service.
Second time, I came in for a transmission service and again I called ahead. They said it would take 30 minutes so I came right down but when I got there they said it would be a 2 hour wait before they could get to that 30 minute job. I told them I wanted to be able to drop off the car with them so I could head home to wait but they insisted they could not take my information until my vehicle was the next to be worked on so I would need to wait. The only info they ended up needing was my name, email, and phone. I don’t see why they couldn’t take my info down on arrival.
The tech who helped me out was cool, I just think jiffylube has some bad policies.

These guys saved my car. Hands down I would have been in alot of trouble if I hadn't brought it to these guys. Each time I come here I'm greeted by hardworking and respectful crew members. D'Andre, Michael C, Ronald and a guy with long blond hair are all people I've been helped by personally. Each one has given me every bit of help I've asked for, worked hard and fast and been entertaining. This crew is the best , I would never go anywhere else. Saved my money, time and my car. This team is a godsend. If you're in Lake City, come to this location!

This place deserves 0 star, dropped off my vehicle for oil-change, was told to come back in an hour and half, when arrived shop manager Chandler mentioned that their staff member damaged the oil pan, they are unable to fix it at their shop and would have to send it to another shop to get fixed, he apologized and said will take care of it for free. After 3 days someone from Shoreline Auto clinic left a voicemail mentioning water pump and other parts damaged, mind you, my car was all in good condition before also water pump was recently changed at the same Jiffy Lube.
I called Jiffy Lube and told them to have my car fixed as it was and to let me know when it’s ready to be picked up, it took them two weeks, when ever I called they lied saying no manager available and other unprofessional things, took them more than 2 weeks to get my car. When I went to pick up my car, Staff De Andre was talking to me in unprofessional way and being so rude also making inappropriate gestures, I requested to talk to a manager, they lied saying he is not available and when I refuse to leave the place the supposed manager Chandler came out from an office he was hiding at and told me my car is in good condition and I can take it, I asked him to give me a paperwork showing what was repaired, first he tried to tricked me writing a small note on a note pad, then he gave me what the shoreline auto clinic did and when I started my car it occurred having a very loud and weird noise, when I asked Chandler what the problem is and to fix my car as it was he threatened me to leave other wise that he calls a police, he also lied that the noise was not there before, when I called Shoreline Auto clinic to verify, they said that the noise was there when Jiffy Lube took the car to them and that they are aware and refuse to take action. They also think it’s an engine problem that would cost a lot and that Jiffy Lube is responsible for this. Jiffy Lube gives an unbelievable and the most terrible service, and their staff members are lazy, unprofessional and they luck knowledge on fixing vehicles and how to take care of customers. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not letting this go easily. I filed a complaint to this shop owner franchise called Team Car Care west LLC. I am also taking legal actions over this. I am also writing my concerns and reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) saving other customers the trouble.
