The crew was very efficient and polite. I ask about the brake fluid and it did need to be changed. Got the oil changed and the brake fluid changed.I have always received great service from the jiffy Lube #2631

Very kind and helpful people here! My car broke down the other day from battery issues, and I managed to get it into their parking lot with the help of some nice people that stopped by. I was helped by Randall, and I am very grateful for the help he provided!

I had a brake flush service on my Cadillac. I had a great experience. Justin M. Did a wonderful job. I do apologize for my Cadillac giving Justin M are hard time. However, he did a A+ job. Ana was kind and patient as well. Thank you Southcenter Jiffy Lube

I have no complaints about the service, it was quick and painless and the staff are knowledgeable.
However!!! I don't really feel like I want to come back after a staff member made some offensive remarks about LGBTQIA+ pride month. She loudly complained that she can't wait for June to be over because she's "sick of all the rainbows" everywhere. She also went on about how she's further annoyed because her kid "can't wear rainbows" any more because ever since Pride "became a thing", gay people use rainbows now.
I'm not easily offended, but as an LGBTQIA customer, these remarks crossed the border for me and soured my entire experience at this location. I could describe the staff member but I don't think I will be that petty this time. Suffice to say, the entire staff could use a talking to, because no one spoke up or tried to stop the disparaging remarks she was making. Too bad.

Came in for an urgent battery change. Andrew and his crew took care of it good and answered our battery questions--we don't change batteries enough to know all. Lots of locals trust them to take care of their cars. I've done oil changes at other Jiffys and these guys keep the standards. Kudos!

Judd and Justin were awesome. Justin performed the physical labor and Judd walked me through my car’s needs and recommendations. Both of them were excellent, kind, and courteous.
I get intimidated by car needs, but here I felt very comfortable and respected (especially as a woman). Thank you so much!
