I had the BEST experience here. The specialist who helped me was so nice and thorough. He even took the time to explain to me why he was making different maintenance suggestions. They checked my air filter and my brake fluid along with changing my oil. I came away with a little bit of education on car maintenance. I HIGHLY recommend this location. Top notch service.

Oil change went fine, but while Daniel was giving me the run down about my various fluid levels and wiper blades, I specifically asked him if they were still topping things off because I needed windshield washer fluid - to which he responded, oh we always do that at the end by default, no worries at all.
Guess what came on during my drive home? The low windshield wiper fluid alert. They didn't add anything. After I made it a point to remind them and get a response acknowledging it. The techs are nice people, but I feel like going through the motions and not actually listening can be a big problem at this location. I have never once had an issue outside of this location but routinely feel like I'm being pressured here for ridiculous things like an engine flush or wiper blades I don't need, and now this just really upset me because there's no way I'm coming back and sitting there waiting 30+ minutes again for them to top it off after I already was done.

This place is the best! This is the only place I go to for my oil changes. Not only because they do free fluid top ups after the oil changes but because of the customer service experience too. Sheldon and Daniel went above and beyond yesterday but honestly every single employee I have interacted with is so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Went here a few weeks ago when my brake lights suddenly went out on my car. Sheldon and Danielle were so helpful and explained what needed to be fixed. Unfortunately the part I needed wasn’t available, but Sheldon still showed me exactly which part I needed, where it went in my car, and how to change it myself once I got the part. I felt educated and empowered leaving this shop (which isn’t always the case for women ?). I ordered the part myself and I know I’ll be coming back with any issues I have moving forward!
