We were driving our car on literally our second day in the US (tourists from Germany) when we got a flat tire. It had been “fixed” by another auto mechanic, but the team at Jiffy Lube was incredibly kind to us — they re-checked our wheel and found the real issue: a nail in the tire. They then sent us to another branch, where the tire was properly fixed. A big, genuine thank you for your humane approach and for being so helpful and kind. Amazing people!

I am Japanese. I went for an oil change and was kept waiting for less than 2 hours. They told me that the coolant tank had been broken during the oil change by mistake, which was partly due to the age of my car. They said they needed 2 days to fix it. They said they would cover the cost of an Uber or rental car during that time. They were polite at the time, but when I went to pick up my car later that day, they insisted that they would not pay for the Uber while my car was being repaired. They insisted that they would not pay it, even though they said they would. They said they spent a lot of money to repair the car because it had a lot of mileage on it. They reluctantly paid me the Uber fee of $56.00 and told me never to come here again. I will not go back there even if they don't tell me to. I understand that they spent a lot of money to fix my car and I appreciate that they gave me a free oil change, but I don't like the fact that they complained when I went to charge them the Uber fee that they said they would pay.

Rob and Ron are slime. As my car was being worked on I heard Rob proceed to say he was going home at 1:30PM and the assistant manager told him he will clock him out at 6…… Since when is it allowed to steal hours ??? That’s unethical in every way. If you need hours how about idk work for them! Sad that I’m not the only customer who has heard a similar conversation either.

I meant to post this over an week ago. I do not recommend this jiffy lube. The managers are flirts as well as racist! I overheard them talking about the 2 African American men that work there. One of the guys were working on my car and the other was at another car. They were the only ones working !!! Sad that the 2 managers were talking about the other 2 gentlemen as they STOOD AROUND. Will not be returning
