WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE I ORDERED MY REGULAR SPICY ITALIAN AND THEN WAITED. I ORDERED AT 11 O CLOCK AM AND WAS WAITING UNTIL 3 AM 8 DAYS LATER. WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY FOOD, THE EQUIVALENT OF SOMEOENS ENTIRE HEAD OF HAIR WAS IN MY SANDWICH. ITS SMELLED LIKE MANURE AND AND IT TASTED LIKE THE TEARS OF THOSE POOR WORKERS. NEVER GOiNG BACK.

Most of the time, my sandwiches have been made the way I ordered them (the first handful of times, they were tasty and soaked with yumminess).I haven't had any problems with my order (they were always on the table ready for pickup).

Showed up at 6:15 to an empty store. Called out for an employee for 5 minutes before a sleepy dude showed up and said they were closing early.

As a former JJ employee - yikes. I waited over an hour before calling to cancel. They said they didn’t even have a delivery driver. If you don’t have a delivery driver maybe you should call your customers who have been waiting over an hour to warn them? I don’t know just sounds like common sense to me!

The guys in there choose when their hours are, even when they're store hours stay open till 7:00, they close whenever they choose. They were all just hanging out at 6:30, I walk in and they said they're closed. Looked like everyone was just not going to work that last 30 minutes of milk the clock. I'm sure Jimmy John's doesn't

You could drive to Jersey Mike’s on Aurora for a sub, go back downtown, and JJ would still be working on your sandwich.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My order was an hour and and a half late. The delivery address was just a 2 blocks away.Kept getting delayed because they were out of basic sandwich ingredients and water bottles. I placed my order literally 30 minutes after they opened. It’s clear they were not stocked and ready for the day.Every time I’d call they’d assure me that the order was leaving the store but it NEVER did. It was such a frustrating experience.I’ve never had to call a store 4+ times to figure out where my order was.At a certain point I begged them just to leave the store with the food regardless of the missing items. This was a delivery for my office team and it was so upsetting and embarrassing what happened.I don’t order from you guys because you have the best food. I order from you because I know you’ll deliver on time and now I can’t even rely on you for that. I won’t be ordering lunch for my team from Jimmy John’s again

These people need a raise. Always working hard, sometimes just one person in the kitchen taking and making all the orders. Had an issue with one and they got it fixed, no hassle.
