Jimmy John's lied about going cage free. They profited from this promise and now aren't holding up their end of the bargain.

Probably the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever seen. Considering speed is their motto I find this to be ridiculous.

Came in around 11:30am on a Saturday and most of the lights were still turned off. Two people were making sandwiches but no one greeted me when I walked in. I was the only customer in the lobby but had to stand there a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I finally asked for some help and one person came over to help me but still didn’t greet me or seem very happy at all. This person didn’t change their gloves when checking me out and then making my sandwich. The result was so messy and the sandwich fell apart with my first bite (see photo). Not sure what was going on this day but the service was awful and the sandwich had stale bread. Cost me $17 for a meal with sandwich, chips and a soda. Parking was terrible too. Won’t be coming back.

Jimmy John's is a national sandwich chain that's known for their bread mostly. They have mostly the same sandwiches as other chains around, and their prices are comparable to the other big ones. This location is in Northgate and it's tucked in a corner next to a barber shop. Getting in here is tough as the road is busy and there's like 6 parking spots outside so you might have to park in the garage. Inside there's only a handful of tables. The employees here work pretty slow, hang out on their phones while working and kind of just hang out. A few times now it's taken more than 20 minutes to make one sandwich, even when it's slow and I'm standing there watching.

I was truly amazed by the excellent customer service especially during staffing shortages. My order was sent to the wrong place (through uber) and I called to inform the worker. He states that they currently don't have enough staff members to deliver it themselves. I informed him that it was totally fine and I completely understand if he needs to cancel the order. He refunded my order and delivered it himself within 5 minutes of my phone call. I'm very pleased with the service that Jimmy Johns at Northgate provides.thanks once again. I will continue to order from here as my sandwhich never dissapoints!

Congested and on the way to catch a flight, I stopped for a quick sandwich and some chips. I was enthusiastically and warmly greeted by Grey. I ordered and Damian promptly began making my sandwich. Damian kindly asked if I would like it cut in half. I looked at what was about to be cut and realized then that I had ordered the wrong sandwich. They insisted on making it right even though it was my foggy-brained ordering mistake. Though it was the end of the evening, these two individuals went above and beyond to provide me with an exceptional Jimmy John's visit. I was so excited about the service I forgot to grab my chips. Ha! THANK YOU!

After years hearing good things about this Jimmy John's location on Northgate Way in the Northgate neighborhood of Seattle (my home neighborhood in my American hometown), I finally decided I would make it the Jimmy John's location for my first ever time having Jimmy John's. Driving past about half an hour before opening on Sunday 29 October 2023, I quickly checked out the parking situation. There was a small stretch with a few parking spots for retail parking with a 20 minute maximum abutting the side of the restaurant. Beyond these spots was a larger garage for retail parking.Returning about opening time, 11:00 a.m., I opted for the parking garage and was able to find an open compact spot on the top floor (ground level). Walking to the restaurant entrance, I noticed a sign on the door communicating the location was short staffed and thus there might be long waits. However, I was one of the first customers in for the day and the wait was not too long. The worker took about 4 orders, then filled them all in one go. He was a clear and straightforward communicator and in good spirits.I went with the 8 inch (regular) Vito (Number 5) on French bread. My choice was largely inspired by a video by USA Swimming on YouTube that featured Drew Kibler sharing his commitment to Jimmy John's as part of his training regime. As a runner, I was hopeful for a mix of tastiness and good-for-the-body ingredients. Eating on-site in one of the booths, I was happy both with the sandwich and the amount of natural sunlight serving as lighting. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The meats (capocollo and salami) were salty, the cheese (provolone) creamy/soft, and the seasonings (basil, oregano), oil, and vinegar helped the vegetables (tomato, onion, lettuce) shine without taking away from their flavor. In terms of the food being a good fuel for training, I had good workouts later the same day as well as the following afternoon (today, Monday 30 October 2023), including achieving an all-time second best time for myself in my current training set this afternoon. So in that sense, the food was good training fuel (I find food choices can impact my performance up to 48 to 72 hours later, typically).Reflecting on my experience yesterday and today, I was pondering some of the signs posted in the restaurant, such as the shirt and shoes required by state code. If Drew Kibler wanted to come in and dine wearing the attire he competed in at the 2020 Summer Olympic Games, would that then mean he would need to don additional clothing in addition to what he wore in competition... Left me with food for thought in terms of transferability of athlete competition attire to real life scenarios.

Went to this location to find most of the lights off and a sign on the door saying “understaffed, no inside service, order on app”. Was then told by the solo employee they’re out of turkey, ham, and tomatoes.I want to love Jimmy John’s, but they make it hard hahaha

I ordered a Beach Club because it has avocado. Got to the office only to find turkey and cheese sandwich. Sad that you ask for a típ, which I gave you, BEFORE receiving my food. When I called about this you asked ME to bring it back?? The photo should have have been enough for you to deliver the sandwich I paid for.
