Michael Dennis was great at helping me find the best Renter's and car insurance options. Even after working with him, I found that their policy was almost $12 cheaper compared to other companies. He was able to answer all my questions about earthquake and flood protection; and, they offer pet insurance (which I'm considering because my cat's needs seem to be more expensive than my car maintenance).I highly recommend giving them a call if you are looking for a good policy and a company that treats you like a person and not just a policy number.

How many of us can say we went to high school with our now insurance agent? ;)I've been a JIA client for five years or more, and am always very pleased with their service and attention! I truly feel like a valued customer and not just a number or an upsell opportunity.
