Came in as a walk in today while I was in town and the ladies did a phenomenal job! They take gel off the RIGHT way and truly are attentive to detail and precision. I lived in Seattle for 8 years and wish I knew of this place then, best in the city

Best nail salon is Seattle! They’re so sweet and always do such a thorough job and give the best back massages after they’re done!

I had appointment for nails. After arriving there on time, they told me to sit and wait. After 2hrs she told me she is sorry but she doesn’t have time. They WASTED my time!! I wish I could give them zero star!

Kim is my go-to nail artist here, she's so sweet and really good at what she does.
I should take more pictures of my nails, because this shop has been my shop of choice since moving back to Seattle, and I used to just do my manicure dip/pedicures myself- but going here showed me it's nice to have someone else do it, especially when they do it right! 💗💗 Anyway, I LOVE Kim, she has been doing my nails, and eyebrows for the last few weeks and it's been awesome. She cleans them up super nice, I would say go see her to get you right 🔥

This is the second worst salon I’ve ever been to. The girl doing my nails spent the entire appointment talking to another girl in another language. Even my husband who knows nothing about nails can see these are badly done. I will be going to Princess nails when I get back to New Mexico to fix this atrocity. I have no idea how this salon is rated over 2 stars. It was insisted I needed a full set when I had a refill less than a week prior. The tech repeatedly cut me with the dremmel/file and told me it was “cute “ when I complained. Do not recommend!! This was a bad experience all around and I will not return to this establishment. Do not let her hold your hand she will not let you leave!!! I am willing to rescind if the salon is willing to fix this mess!

They said 20 minutes but you’re actually going to wait 1 hour. While they’re just sitting around talking and doing nothing. I also called in. Then they see someone before me while I’m waiting. I understand people get busy but know communication. I wouldn’t even give them a star.

This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had and didn’t even get my nails done there.
My friend and I came into Jolie Salon on June 23rd. She’s Deaf and I’m DeafBlind. From the moment we arrived, something felt off. The energy from the staff was cold and aggressive. We weren’t even allowed to sit next to each other, something simple and reasonable, just so we could communicate while getting our nails done.
Instead, we were met with blatant audism and disrespect. It was so bad I chose not to get my nails done at all. That never happens.
Deaf and DeafBlind clients often worry about accessibility before even stepping into a salon and this experience just proved why. Imagine if two hearing friends were told they had to sit apart and couldn’t chat with each other during their appointment. That’s exactly how we were treated.
To make things worse, they tried to pressure my friend into tipping more, even after treating us poorly. It felt exploitative, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
I walked out without service and I’m glad I did. Jolie Salon needs to do better. They need serious education on access, boundaries, and how to treat Deaf and DeafBlind customers with basic respect.
Zero stars.

My pedicure was so relaxing. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. The massage was just what I needed. I’ll be coming back often!

I absolutely love this place! The service is consistently top-notch and the team is so talented. My gel manicure lasted over two weeks without any chips. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality nails.

Pedicure was horrible I couldnt feel the massage and felt rushed. Got my brows
done and I am a licensed stylist so I know you’re not supposed to double dip sticks in wax. Very dirty the alter at the door was so dusty I wanted to walk out!

Very basic salon. Adequate basic services. Expensive for what it is. $100 for mani/pedi. Don’t pay cash, the emotional labor of getting charge isn’t worth it.

I called & booked for an appointment so that I wouldn’t have to wait for long to get my mani-pedi done. As soon as I reached they made me wait for good 20 mins which was fine it was a Saturday can be understood. I got my pedi done and again they made me wait for 30 mins on the chair for mani. They were short staffed and still letting people in and making them wait which is annoying. I got my mani done; the technician was really sweet & nice who did it. Later on I went ahead to pay with my card which they took it & already tipped on it, in spite of that they asked for more tip in front of other customers and were talking amongst themselves about the same. It was embarrassing and very unprofessional. I will never visit again as it was my first time there.
