Deva is a brilliant financial planner. She is an excellent listener & communicator and her advice is sound. She also has experience with filing taxes, so she understands taxation and guides you on the best practices for long term financial well-being, however that looks for you and your goals. She takes a compassionate and prescriptive approach to something that is hard to wrap your mind around and explains it in terms that are easily understood. Her financial planning services are top tier and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Joseph and Hetrick have prepared our personal tax returns for the last 5 years and we couldn't be happier.We've gone through multiple job changes (multiple W2's, HSA's, consolidation of 401ks/IRAs, out-of-state tax returns etc.). It would have taken me literally days to file my own returns, yet Joseph and Hetrick make the process is quick and painless. Plus, after each tax return, they provide us with feedback on what we can do the next year to make sure we avoid any nasty surprises in our subsequent tax return.

We reached out to Joseph & Hetrick based on google search and the good reviews and we weren't disappointed. We met with Randy for a consultation and she was very helpful, direct. We hired them and everything went very smoothly, the communication is excellent. Deva prepared our taxes and was very quick to answer all of our questions or explain what she is doing and how we can be proactive with our taxes. We liked how professional and easy they are to work with. Filing our taxes has been very smooth and we look forward to working with them again.

We started working with Deva this year on our tax return. I was so impressed by the experience of her fast and responsive replies. Often time, I only have time to answer her questions and send her document in the evening or weekend time, and I would see her replies almost within an hour if not minutes!!Deva communicated with me constantly when preparing our tax and she found some errors that we made when we did our Roth conversion. She provided us with advices and communicated very clearly when explaining our errors and how she corrected that for us. Deva and the team finished our tax return with a short turnaround time.I also appreciated their firm's very professional, super user-friendly set up of their private portal for organizing, uploading, storing documents, and corresponding all in one place.Overall very professional and customer-oriented services!

Randy and Deva have been wonderful since I became one of their clients several years ago. Randy listened compassionately as I explained I needed help with taxes after my mother died. Each year she and Deva were organized, communicative, thorough and professional. As a woman, I have encountered some very condescending men when seeking financial counsel.
